this company pretends to be in Australia, calls its Vegetology Australia. However I ordered something 2 weeks ago and can see from the tracking it is still in the UK. it will be another 2 weeks or so before it arrives here. Fabulous service from start to finish
Fabulous service from start to finish. Professional but personable support from Rosie. She helped me review the order and customise to my needs. Very easy to set up an account and I appreciate the up date emails. I'm also delighted with the vit C and bone care have worked wonders. I'm sure the vit C helped prevent colds over the winter. O would definitely recommend this company for both the products and care they offer.

Honestly, if you live in Spain, want their products, and don't like taking chances, steer clear and don't buy from this store. We bought three bottles of omega supplements, knowing there was a risk they'd get held up in customs, and we accepted that. Well, we ended up having to pay customs fees. The surprise was that when the package arrived, there was only one bottle of the three. The company told us they were out of stock and had only sent one. The problem is that we paid customs fees for three bottles. When we contacted the company, after a long process, we finally got them to refund us for the two bottles we didn't receive, but nothing about the customs fees. We've asked them again to refund part of the customs fees, and they're washing their hands of it. A disastrous company and a complete waste of time.

Vegan glory!
Vegetology is arguably the greatest company when it comes to making supplements that are vegan friendly, and their line of products are sure to attract somebody somewhere for a potential health benefit. Their customer service is exceptional, and shipping from the UK to Canada takes them within 2 weeks usually. The value for your money is well worth it. This brand helped revolutionize my transition to going full vegan in every possible way.
