Love their range but I do have an issue
Really love thier range of vitamins as someone who has always had low iron long before going vegan having these iron chews makes it easier to make sure I'm getting more iron as well as all the other good stuff in their other vitamins To the bad for a product that is sold for adults and children with a dosage of 1 sweet a day for children and 2 for an adult with the majority of consumers being adults I would assume you would think you could count on always getting an even number of gummies in each bag because it just makes sense if adults need to have 2 and if for kids there's an extra fay in that pack but unfortunately not I have had an odd number in pretty much every pack I have gotten over the many packs I bought and only 2 packs have ever had an even amount which is rather frustrating when an odd number is in a bag as an adult as you then need to open a fresh bag just to get that other one out then if that bag happens to have an even amount it doesn't anymore and it becomesa cycle. I'm not sure how easy it would be to just make sure there is an even amount but it's got to be something that is possible. This to me is a massive issue and I fear will eventually lead to me trying to find vegan vitamins somewhere else that has a consistency that can be relied on that is why I gave these a 3 star rating instead of 4 so vegums if you read your reviews here sort this out please and if you don't want to garentee an even amount always put an odd number and add how many gummies in each pack to the packaging (Writing this after getting to the bottom of another bag of gummys with an odd amount in)

Appalling communications
Appalling communications. Have been trying to speak to someone in the company to help cancel a subscription. There is nowhere in their web site to do this, they don’t answer emails, there is no phone number and they don’t answer Instagram dms. Not sure how to proceed with this while they continue to deliver unwanted products and remove money from my account.

Really great taste for supplements
Really great taste for supplements. Just hard not to stick to the daily allowance. Great price too, compared to competitors which dint taste as great.

I left items in the basket but they…
I left items in the basket but they charged me for them without my permission. Their phone number does not work, No returns policy shown on their website! Also on their web prices are twice what they are on Amazon.
