Yes bought and paid for four items - none of which arrived and tracking shows it hasnt left china and returned to supplier. Cannot get in contact with company as e mail bounces back
Have bought and paid for clothing items. The tracking shows after three weeks hasnt left China and then says sent back to supplier. The email contact for customer service bounces back - think it must be a scam site

I ordered a dress off this site. It arrived and it was not like the picture. Let’s be specific this was a copy of someone else’s design. I asked to return the product and was told that they would give me $5 back and I could keep the dress. Frankly I did not want the dress and I felt like the $5 was a slap in the face. The price kept going up and finally I indicated that $25 was not acceptable. I was told to send the dress back (to China) and they would refund my money. Let’s be clear here when I started to investigate my credit card was processed on New Hampshire USA. The company’s registered in Dubai the goods actually were shipped from China. I still was adamant that I return the dress. I shipped by Canada post and the cost was approx. $72. I asked for a shipping label which they refused to give me. I wrote it out by hand and tracked the package as it went on its way. When I got notification that the package was in China I checked with them to see if they received it. They came back to me and said it was in customs and I needed to pay the duty. This was a return. Verifying with Canada Post said they do not take care of the duty it’s up to the Seller to contact the authorities and have the package released. I told Velenora exactly what the post office said and even sent the documentation supporting that. They refused to acknowledge that it was their responsibility. I have a Chinese speaking friend who did research. He could not get a hold of Velenora as the number was not in service. The customs brokerage never answered the phone even when called during business hours. He googled the address and it turns out that they are located in a Market. To make a long story short I totally gave up. I am out the cost of the dress and the postage. Please do your research. It was a tough lesson to learn.

I bought these sandals for my sister, and she liked the simple design. The material feels comfortable, and the sandals are easy to wear for longer periods. They arrived quickly and were packed well. The overall quality is good.

Finger weg! Ware stimmt Null mit dem beworbenen Bildl überein :(.
Ich bestellte Kleid "Laura, besticktes Vintage Kleid". Sieht auf dem Bild super aus. Was kam an? Ein unförmiges bedrucktes Etwas in einem total anderen Stoff und Stil (Jersey statt Baumwolle, was per se ja ein guter Stoff ist, aber überhaupt nicht zum Stil passt). Nun haben sie aber statt der Bestickung den Stoff einfach bedruckt. Das gezeigte Bild war auch ohne Gummizug in der Mitte, aber genäht wurde mit Gummizug. Nun hing der Gummizug aber knapp unter der Brust. Ach ja, und Fledermausärmel haben die Scheußlichkeit noch vollendet. Das gelieferte Kleid ist eine einzige Lachnummer. Ich hab's fotografiert, leider kann man kein Foto hochladen. Ich behalte es als Nachthemd - da sieht's keiner - hahaha.

The evelyn cotton shirt is one of those pieces you just keep reaching for. I’ve worn it to work, errands, even lounging. Fabric feels breathable and soft on skin. Washed it twice already and it still looks fine.
