I love quick responding customer…
I love quick responding customer service. Excellent quality bike and it’s wonderful to have someone to question or talk to quickly. I will def recommend you to others! My son’s headlight bracket snapped after going over a small bump. It was quickly replaced under warranty. Also my bike’s bell wasn’t working. And they replaced it as well!

I’m very happy, just faster service/delivery under warranty
I’m very happy there was no resistance to having my bike repaired under warranty. Since it really was an unexpected malfunction of the derailleur which cause the bike chain to get all tangled up in the 8 speed free wheel gear set damaging that too. The only thing I could suggest is consider more timely delivery of parts. If this was my only transportation/commute to work bike I would have been out for 3 weeks. Other than that, fantastic service and Experience

I had an issue with my bike and called…
I had an issue with my bike and called customer support. The team was very friendly and walked me through some troubleshooting steps. These did not correct the issue so the immediately replaced the charger and battery. It was a trouble free transaction and smooth problem resolution. I like how they treat their customers.

Tempo, poor range and durability
I got the Tempo, it said up to 60miles in range, out of the box in eco mode (lowest amount of assist) I didn't even get 25miles in ideal conditions (warm, no wind). The pedals/drive make a loud grinding clicking noise that I'm concerned will break. My chain slips out of the top gear, and I've only been riding for 3 weeks; that's the wear I used to get after years on my other bikes. I left a review of the bike stating these things but don't see it on the website, which concerns me that negative reviews are hidden from would-be buyers.
