Size was way undersized
Size was way undersized. I normally wear a size large. Shirts came in as a size small. They asked me to pay to exchange but gave no information how to do so. Stay away from this company.

The sizing was uneven/customer service horrible/refund BS
The sizing was uneven. 1 of 3 way off. Overall quality was good for the price. Customer service was horrible. Took 4 repetitive requests to return for full refund and kept getting the run around. Founders claim they are Americans, customer service claims USA, in reality they insist you return items to China at my expense for a full refund and as others reported keep trying to get me to take 25, then 40% to avoid refund. What good does that do when item doesnt fit? I will never buy again.

⚠️ Buyer Beware – Misleading “Risk-Free” 30-Day Guarantee I would strongly recommend that potential customers think twice before ordering from Velthentic. The website prominently advertises a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and describes shopping with them as “risk-free” with a full refund if you are not satisfied. Based on my experience, the return process does not appear to match that representation. I was dissatisfied with my purchase and requested to return the product for a full refund. Instead of simply honoring the advertised guarantee, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds of 25% and then 40% to keep the product. What is particularly concerning is that I was instructed to return the product to China, even though the product was shipped to me from the United States. I was also expected to deal with the cost and inconvenience of returning the item internationally. This raises serious questions about how the company represents its “risk-free” full-refund guarantee to customers. My experience has been that getting a full refund is far more complicated than the website’s advertising would lead you to believe. My advice to anyone considering ordering: carefully read the return terms and make sure you understand where you may actually be required to send the product if you want a refund. Don’t rely solely on the prominent “risk-free” and “30-day money-back” language on the website. I am posting this review so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I ordered the 12 pack of the socks…
I ordered the 12 pack of the socks because I wanted them in a number of colors. It took a few weeks to get, but it was worth the weight . I wore them for the first time last week when I was on vacation and they did not slip once and they were very comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Very average and does not conform to UK law
Whilst the product is ok, very average, the zip is poor quality and there is no labelling on the product stating the material which is a requirements under UK and EU Law. This item cannot therefore be legally sold in the UK or EU without this label. It was sold as Cashmere which I doubt it has ever been near the back of a goat, more like some manmade fibre.
