Don’t buy from this bag seller
Don’t buy from this bag seller! The bags may look good, but the terrible customer service will cost you both your money and your time. I’ve been waiting for weeks and still haven’t received any tracking information. I emailed their support team and also tried contacting them through their Facebook and Instagram business chats, but I haven’t received any response at all. I am so regretful of this purchase!!! This business seems to have absolutely no respect for its customers. I still haven’t received any meaningful update about my purchase, and sadly, I’ll now have to raise a dispute and request a full refund. Think twice before purchasing from this seller!

Beautiful and unique vegan bags
This company makes the most beautiful vegan bags and they're made by women so it's all good! I've had two bags from them now - a gorgeous little handbag I took to a wedding and got so many compliments on - and a larger bag that I'm going to use for work. The themes are so fun, colourful and joyful! The craftswomenship is excellent, such good quality, and the details are incredible! So much to look at! Communication is excellent too, when I ordered my second bag the address field autocompleted incorrectly. I tracked it (it was with Royal Mail) and it had arrived at my local sorting office but then gone missing / been returned to Vendula so Vendula sent me another one very quickly. (Thank you for that). I've just ordered a backpack from the 2026 autumn range and can't wait for autumn to come so I can use it! I wanted to add photos too as the bags arrive in a box with Vendula tape on it and then you open the box to find lots of pink tissue papaer and your bag in a lovely pink Vendula present bag (which I use at the gym!) - it makes it such a lovely experience, like opening a present! Thank you to all the wonderful people at Vendula for coming up with such cool bag and accessory ideas!! :) The next time I'm in London I'm definitely coming to the shop!! (I wanted to add photos but couldn't see how...)

Depuis 2019 je collectionne certains modèles précis. Depuis cette époque-là, les prix ont DOUBLÉ et sont devenus vraiment excessifs. Du "cuir vegan", voilà le 1er argument commercial. Formule accrocheuse, mais qui désigne du PLASTIQUE ... donc toxique pour la nature et pour les animaux qui y vivent : on ne les tue pas pour leur cuir, mais en polluant leur environnement. - Quant au 2nd argument commercial : "hand made"... - in China. Des déceptions au niveau des FORMATS : la plupart des modèles de sacs (sac à main "Grace", sac "shopper") sont peu pratiques : trop petits, trop rigides, de contenance très réduite... Les porte-monnaie à clip ou à zip sont utilisables, mais en revanche les portefeuilles ne peuvent pas être remplis (on peut y mettre quelques cartes, mais il n'y a pas de place pour la monnaie). Plusieurs déceptions au niveau de la QUALITÉ de la matière de base (le fameux plastique rebaptisé "cuir vegan") : certains modèles de couleur irisée ou pailletée se détériorent très vite en s'écaillant (la matière finit en miettes) ou en se décolorant. J'ai aussi l'exemple de trousses de toilette avec des motifs sur fond de plastique transparent : cette matière est bizarrement et très vite devenue blanche et trouble : impossible à récupérer. La marque VENDULA se caractérise par ses décors inventifs, truffés de petits détails brodés ou collés, appréciés des amateurs de miniaturisme : vitrines de boutiques, façades de rue ou scènes de genre (série Shakespeare) dans l'esprit des maisons de poupées (détails mobiles : enseignes, portes qui s'ouvrent), toujours animées de chats, animal-mascotte de la marque (mais aussi des chiens, des souris...) Les décors sont devenus beaucoup plus détaillés au fil des années ; toutefois cela justifie-t-il des prix de vente aussi élevés ? Le modèle de sac le moins cher est à 96€ en 2026. VENDULA produit surtout pour une clientèle de collectionneurs : certaines pièces disparaissent très vite pour chacune des 2 collections annuelles (printemps-été et automne hiver) ; certains acheteurs font de la spéculation à la revente : ainsi les pièces rares doublent ou triplent de prix sur le marché de l'occasion.

Ho almeno tre borse Vendula, tutte bellissime...ma, appunto, c'è un enorme MA: la loro durata è estremamente limitata e, visto il prezzo, il gioco quasi non vale la candela. Le borse iniziano irrimediabilmente a spellarsi dopo qualche utilizzo e, se pure tenute maniacalmente nel loro sacchettino, questo non basta a preservarle dall'inevitabile declino. Una in particolare delle tre, nera con delle bellissime borchie dorate a forma di testa di micino, sono riuscita a indossarla solo per 3/4 occasioni prima che iniziasse a spellarsi. Che gran peccato!
