Great customer service! I had an issue with my rewards points and they sorted it within a day. Phew! I was revealed it was fixed so quickly.

Customer service that I honestly would…
Customer service that I honestly would never expect. My bag arrived on time - and is beautiful - but then I was mistakenly refunded too. I contacted them to let them know, and was surprised when they apologised for the error and told me to keep the refund. I’ll be spending it on another bag when the new season drops!

I adore Vendula. Both their products and services. I now have over 70 Vendula items, even though I only discovered them last year!, all gorgeous and always get people asking where my bag/purse is from. I’ve had an issue recently with not being able to use a provided discount code, Vendula sorted it within a couple of days for me and their staff are always professional and friendly over messages. Will certainly be buying from them again and would definitely recommend (already have!)

I contacted vendula customer service for support with a problem i have with a recent bag purchase. They were in touch with me straight away. Given 2 options to deal with the problem. The service I received was second to none. Would recommend buying from vendula every time.

Stunning bags and service
The bags from vendula are stunning and the quality exceptional. I own 4, different styles, sizes and love each of them equally. I had a problem with one of the bags where the stitching design at the back came away, this didn’t affect the usage, but spoiled the look for me. As it was within a few months of purchase, I contacted with regards to the warranty and my enquiry was handled efficiently and fuss free. Thanks vendula for being so fantastic
