Good customer support
The shipping takes a bit but the products are worth the wait. The customer service was a good experience as well. One of the pieces that was part of a set was damaged and the customer service (Robin Gutsche) took care of the issue immediately. They sent me a replacement with a tracking number. The rest of the order came in great condition and the designs are really good in my opinion. I already order from Venlu about two years ago and the compressions are still in great shape. Overall a great experience with good customer support and good designs and quality. One of the few downsides is shipping time

I tried refunding on the website it…
I tried refunding on the website it says that the shipping fee is up to 10 euros. However when emailing my withdrawal statement to Robin Gutsche who is part of the venlushop team, he told me that the shipping fee is $30, contrary to the website. Very bad service and i have never had a harder time than this returning something.

Ich bestelle in der Regel M, hier würde ich aber L empfehlen. Immer auf Links drehen und waschen, dann hält es auch länger. Ansonsten finde ich die Motive echt gelungen und bin froh endlich nach langer Suche etwas passendes fürs Gym gefunden zu haben. Preis-Leistung: "OK" :)

Okay so if you what an honest review
Okay so if you want an honest review that isn’t mind crashing out about returns or their sons gym wear it’s here. Now altho I’ve only ordered a couple times I am a big fan of venlu. The first order I completed was of two compression tops (one long sleeve one short) now i do take responsibility for not checking and seeing if I can find out what materials are used but as the long sleeve compression top did turn up in a cotton like top not really applicable for the gym. But the short sleeve compression top was brilliant and well worth the money itself. In my second shop it was a much bigger order and yes the size charts aren’t easy to get but when u understand it they are very much worth it. I have added another 3 compression tops which all fit brilliantly have great designs and haven’t faded one bit. The shorts are excellent for the gym and even the tracksuit gojo joggers are fantastic, I wasn’t so pleased with the hoodie though with the pockets being very small and the look just being very strange and as everyone has stated the casual black joggers that come with the compression tops sets are a very very poor material. But if I am looking on the what they did well that is what is carrying the majority of the review as their clothing has slotted into 40% of my wardrobe
