Everything was perfect
Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the comfortable accommodation in a beautiful hotel and private transportation to the excellent communication throughout the entire experience, everything was very well organized and handled with great care. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They communicated warmly and clearly, taking the time to explain every step of the process so that I always knew what to expect and never felt lost or confused. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference. The operation itself was something I was initially quite nervous and scared about, but the amazing medical team made me feel completely safe and reassured. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, all my questions were answered, and the whole team was incredibly supportive and professional. Their calm and caring approach helped me relax and trust the process. I truly appreciated how well everything was coordinated and how supported I felt at every stage — before, during, and after the procedure. It is clear that this is a team of people who genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I am very grateful for the entire experience and for everyone who was involved in making it as smooth, comfortable, and positive as possible. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone who is considering the same journey. Thank you for making what initially felt frightening into an experience where I felt safe, cared for, and in very good hands.

I had an excellent experience with Vera Clinic
I had an excellent experience with Vera Clinic in Istanbul from start to finish. The service was very well organized, starting with the airport reception and transportation, as well as the comfortable five-star hotel accommodation for three nights. The clinic staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the detailed consultation and accurate assessment before the procedure, which gave me confidence in the treatment plan. The hair transplant procedure itself was smooth and well organized, with the medical team showing great care and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the process. What I also appreciated was the continued follow-up after returning to my home country. The clinic remained available to answer my questions and check on my recovery, which shows that their care does not end when the patient leaves Istanbul. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Vera Clinic and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul.

Review This is my second operation with Vera Clinic, and once again, I’m very happy with the experience. The team is extremely friendly and professional, and they take care of everything from airport transportation and hotel arrangements to daily transportation and the return to the airport. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed at the clinic and guided through every step by a very professional team member with excellent English. The doctors are highly professional, listen carefully to my concerns, and take the time to discuss everything clearly. What I appreciate most is that their care doesn’t stop after the operation. They continued following up with me even after I returned home. Overall, a very smooth and well-organized experience. Highly recommended!
