We first bought a home in Piedmont 21 years ago and were fortunate enough to meet Maria Cristina from Abitare Verde during our very first visit to the region. From the beginning, she went far beyond the services one would normally expect from an estate agency. At a time when the internet was not yet the valuable resource it is today, her guidance, local knowledge, and willingness to help our young family made what could have been a daunting process both manageable and enjoyable. More than 20 years later, we have purchased a second property with Maria Cristina's assistance, and her professionalism, integrity, and dedication remain exactly the same. She is genuine, trustworthy, efficient, and exceptionally thorough. Just as importantly, she brings a calm approach and a wonderful sense of humour—qualities that are invaluable when navigating Italian bureaucracy! Exceptional experience with buying our cozy home in Italy
Buying our cozy home in Italy with the help of Verde Abitare felt like a dream, and Maria Oggero made that dream come true. As non-Italian speakers, we could have easily felt lost, but from the very beginning she guided us with care, patience, and genuine dedication at every single step. She took care of everything — from the negotiations with the vendor, to perfectly organised deed signing with translator and the trusted person to transferring all utilities — with incredible calm and patience, always making us feel safe and supported from the very fist moment we came to visit. Her kindness, professionalism, and reassuring presence made the entire experience not only smooth, but truly unbelievable. We could and still can ask her anything and she is always there to help, recommend and guide. Maria is perhaps the main reason we followed our hearts and bought this home here, and we will always be grateful to her for that.

Non riesco a contattare l'agenzia dopo un acquisto di una cascina.
Ho acquistato una cascina,pagando regolare provvigione,ora ,si è intasata la fossa dei liquami e non so dove è,per evitare di scavare dappertutto nel prato davanti a casa ho bisogno del contatto dei venditori, che tramite verde abitare mi hanno venduto la casa.Non risponde ne a tantissime chiamate ne a messaggi.
