Customer service is terrible—the company practically does not care about its customers. One of our technicians had a camera stolen, and it took them two months just to call me back with the replacement price. They originally quoted $150 for the camera and $100 for installation. Knowing how they operate, I requested a written email with the prices, which they sent. Then, another representative called to tell me there was an error and that the camera price is actually $400. I don't know if their employees simply don't communicate with each other or what is going on, but I didn't even call them to ask—they were the ones who called me after two months. We are extremely unhappy with how their employees have treated us. They are great at harassing customers six months in advance about contract renewals, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have attached both the first email with the original pricing and the second email so you can judge for yourselves. Additional charges may apply for cables and peripherals. Rafael H. Coordinator I Technical Support Reveal Support: 844-617-1100 Ext. 6008 ref:!00D30013lQ.!500Nt0pXXkb:ref SECOND EMAIL Hello JESSICA, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing this email to clarify the pricing details regarding the road camera for Case #11202539. Per our standard price list, the cost of the road camera itself is $300. The $150 amount mentioned by Rafael covers the installation fee once the unit is delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, the total cost comes to $450, which includes both the camera and the installation service. If you want to proceed with the order please reply to this email. If you have questions about the charges and billing, please contact your account manager. Following up on our recent conversation, I would like to apologize for the miscommunication regarding your camera model and pricing, as well as the disconnection during our call. To clarify, Rafael belongs to a different department that does not directly handle this process. We will make sure we hold him accountable for the misinformation provided. Additionally, I checked your account in FLEET CARE to ensure complete accuracy and confirmed that your unit is equipped with a Dual-Facing AI Dash Cam rather than a standard Road-Facing camera ($300). Below is the corrected pricing breakdown: Dual-Facing AI Dash Cam: $400 Installation Service: $150 (if NOT self-install) Total Cost: $550 If you would like to proceed with ordering the replacement, please reply directly to this email. For any questions regarding charges and billing, please contact your account manager. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best Regards, Ralph Christian Verizon Connect Support 844-617-1100

No voltage show anywhere, asked for it to be added still nothing. Random little bugs seem to plague the portal. Often cameras are offline but the map does not not show there is a problem at a glance, till you click on the vehicle and then click on the camera, then it will show an error, Also half the time clicking on a camera cause it load back to live map instead of the camera details. Reports seem good but could also use a voltage column. Often Support cases never get a message response its always a call that is to early to answer then the case never gets updated from the support. Neal has been a great help with those though. Also random automation emails about devices with no context or links to any cases stating "My name is Charaze Araza, and I’m the Implementation Partner assigned to your Verizon Connect Deployment Project. We are excited to join you on this next step to help ensure coverage for your fleet. We need a bit more information to ship your new order." When no new orders were made. Other than that it seems okay. the portal could use some UI improvements to make reports easier to locate, set up.

So, to answer this question, I have to break it down into chunks. The sales team that showed us the Telematics platform were very good, the team that worked with WBI to ensure equipment was ordered, distributed, and installed, were also very good. The customer support side is where our troubles began. We were given poor instructions on the building of our Hierarchy and spent countless hours building our drivers only, because we weren't told that we also had to build them as subusers and give them specific rights, so that created a lot of additional work. Secondly, we were given two straight customer account reps who were both nice, but were very unfamiliar with the platform, and therefore, were pretty unhelpful. This involved simple things, like them not informing me that when we purchased hardware kits, those kits did not come with lines of service. Thankfully, we expressed frustration, I was contacted by Stefanie Dunk, who was extremely helpful and switched our account over to Neal Behrman who has made a huge difference. We now have a knowledgable and responsive account rep who has allowed us to work through ensuring each vehicle is active and is tracking. I've been very satisfied over the last few weeks.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
