The customer service experience I…
The customer service experience I encountered was exceptionally unsatisfactory, marking it as the most challenging I've encountered in a considerable period. Initially, I submitted a one-star review due to a lack of response regarding a defective remote control. Subsequently, the company contacted me, offering a replacement remote and expedited shipping in exchange for the removal of my review. However, the promised expedited shipping did not materialize; the item remained in China for two weeks and has since been stationary in the United States for five days. Despite assurances of communication regarding the shipping status, no updates have been provided. The proposed resolution of a $20 coupon is inadequate given the circumstances. The company's approach to customer service requires significant improvement. While I initially appreciated the product, the remote control failed upon its first attempt at charging, rendering the product unusable. The apparent lack of concern from the company is disheartening. Effective communication, efficient shipping, and readily available parts within the United States would significantly enhance customer satisfaction and mitigate negative feedback. The current situation has persisted for three weeks, despite the initial promise of priority, expedited shipping. This extended delay suggests a lack of commitment to resolving the issue. This is particularly regrettable as I had the potential to be a strong advocate for the product within my community. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product to others due to the subpar customer service and apparent indifference to customer concerns. It is imperative that Veymax addresses these customer service deficiencies and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Tracking and packing
Tracking and packing speed in EU warehouse was great but i was promised spare belts would come from different eu warehouse a bit later in the end it is coming all the way from china oh well.

The board is wonderful
The board is wonderful, it comes with several useful accessories, and shipping was very fast. I recommend Veymax – they are great.

Took to long plus didn't receive package as claimed I had by them
Well for starters its been well past the 2 to 5 business days i was informed it would take to be delivered and today I was notified of my package being delivered yet I didn't receive any package at all ......

Time after time Veymax has failed.
This company has made mistake after mistake. It asked me to write this review after i ordered an esc for my roadster x4 that stopped working after 200 miles. Their customer service agent said i should buy a new motor to fix the problem so i paid out of pocket and ordered one through their website. When i ordered the hub motor they sent the wrong one, it would not work at all. So then they resent the correct hub motor. It didn’t work. I ended up diagnosing the problem myself after doing a ton of research and that’s how I realized it was not the motor, it was the esc that was faulty. I ordered the new esc and was offered 50% off the new part but charged $15 extra for shipping. The original customer service agent also called me out of name several times even when i politely corrected them. Overall it’s been a very poor experience with Veymax. I wish i had not ordered the board at this point. I keep hoping the company will make things right but they don’t. Its really sad too considering i live in Los Angeles and skate in Venice all the time on it. I get asked regularly about my skateboard because i absolutely shred on it. I could have been a great ambassador for the company if they had just had decent customer service.
