Is this an honest company? I don’t think so!!
This company has an integrity problem. I booked three tours in Venice this week. No major issue. I booked two tours in Como for the past two days. A day before the first of two tours (on the 26th August), both tours vanished from the Viator App that I was using. They still have not reappeared. In panic, I tried to rebook. I could not book the first tour as it was cancelled by the operator. Instead, I booked the second tour again (a day earlier on the 27th) and paid for it. I went on the tour. The same day Viator sent me a reminder about the tour - that was scheduled for the next day (28th). Although still not back on the App, the reminder was by email. Viator insisted on charging me today as the tour on the 28th went ahead. In effect, I have ended paying for the tour twice when the fault was viator’s, not mine. I think this is day-light robbery! Who does one complain to about these guys? Is there an ombudsman?

You lied to me
You lied to me. I was told for the price I paid we would skip the line. Not true! We were left in the hot sun for over 20 minutes in a line before we could enter. Be assured we will never use your service again. Also, I wrote this same response several months ago with no response back.

An excellent re-introduction to Manchester
A most excellent tour, took us all around the city centre and showed me many places and points in Manchester history I had no idea about despite living here for 10 years! It was a very fun time and a great reintroduction to the city, thank-you!

HAINES Wilderness Odyssey by Jet Boat
We bought the "HAINES Wilderness Odyssey by Jet Boat" on Aug 12,2026. There was no wildlife seen, other than the six little ducks swimming. Do not waste your money buying this excursion.
