Highly not recommend
This website is made so that you'll forget the end of your trial and pay an enormous amount for the subscription. It's 250€. Also the support center doesn't refund. Even for someone who would really want to use this service, the price is ridiculous. Highly not recommend.

Disappointing renewal experience and rigid policy
Viberate has demonstrated a clear lack of transparency and customer respect in its renewal process. Our annual subscription was automatically renewed without any prior notification or reminder. This is not just poor practice; it is far below the standard expected from any professional platform. Nearly every reputable service sends advance notice before charging customers again. Here, there was nothing. Just a silent, automatic charge. When we noticed the transaction and immediately contacted support, the response was rigid and dismissive. We were told refunds are strictly limited to the first 14 days for new users, completely ignoring the fact that we are returning customers and that no prior warning was given before renewal. This approach feels less like a customer-centric policy and more like a deliberate strategy to secure revenue without accountability. There was no attempt to understand the situation, no flexibility, and no goodwill shown. Just a strict policy used as a shield. At this point, it’s difficult to see Viberate as a partner or even a professional service provider. The experience feels transactional, opportunistic, and ultimately damaging to long-term trust. UPDATE: Following the company’s response, I find the tone dismissive and not aligned with a customer-oriented approach. The core issue remains the lack of any prior renewal notification. Pattern observed in multiple reviews regarding renewal transparency. UPDATE 2: Following the company’s response, I did not receive a constructive resolution to the core issue regarding the absence of a prior renewal notification. Additionally, although I requested the deletion of my personal data, I am still receiving automated marketing emails, which raises concerns about how data deletion requests are being handled. I remain open to resolving this matter directly.

I've worked as an artist curator for Viberate a few years ago, and it has been a cool experience for me where I connect and work with music fans from all around the world. While working on this project, I discovered so many great artists and bands. Sadly, the project ended once they decided to rely on AI. But I can say I have had a pleasant experience, got paid to do research about artists and music from different parts of the world. I still use the website for various projects to this day. It's very useful if you're into music-related data that you can rely on.

Tried to find historical data for very obscure garage band from my hometown but the site had almost nothing of them. It is a bit rubbish when you want stast for smaller local acts

Easy to use and worth the price tried a bunch of music analytics…
I’ve tried a bunch of music analytics tools, and Viberate is one I keep using. What I like is how quick it is to get what’s going on. I can check an artist and instantly see what’s moving, like playlist reach, streams, and audience growth. No digging around or trying to figure out what I’m looking at. Pricewise it’s also solid. It’s cheaper than a lot of other tools I’ve tried, so it’s easy to keep using without overthinking it.
