Huurauto top geregeld
Online huurauto geboekt bij VictoriaCars in l'Albir, dat was vrij eenvoudig. Huurauto werd netjes bij ons hotel gebracht en 4 dagen later weer opgehaald. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en prima service. Fijn personeel. Echt een aanrader!

An absolutely flawless experience
An absolutely flawless experience with Victoria Rent a Car at Alicante Airport! I booked an economy vehicle through Discover Cars for a rental running from Tuesday 18th August at 2:00 AM to Monday 24th August at 4:30 AM. The pick-up instructions for the shuttle at bus parking number 44 were incredibly easy to follow. Because they run a holiday parking service alongside car hire, the first large minibus was completely full when it arrived, but the driver was fantastic—he immediately radioed for another shuttle, which arrived to pick us up within just a few minutes. When we reached the office a few minutes later, the check-in process was remarkably fast. There was absolutely no pushy upselling for extra insurance because the agent explicitly noted that my booking already had excellent coverage through Discover Cars. Processing the payment was hassle-free; they only took the car payment and a separate fuel deposit, and they happily allowed me to use my standard debit card instead of the credit card I used for the initial online booking. The agent handed over the keys, told me which bay the car was in. Because it was 2:30 AM and I was tired, I stupidly skipped taking photos and ended up worrying about it all week—but I completely panicked for nothing! The car itself was brilliant. It was spotlessly clean, drove beautifully, and was exceptionally efficient on fuel. I was highly impressed to find it fully loaded with modern tech extras like Apple CarPlay, cruise control, and lane assist. It was worth every single penny. The drop-off process on Monday morning was the definition of efficiency. I vacuumed and washed the car the night before and filled the tank to the top at the last GALP service station before reaching the office at 3:30 AM. I walked into the reception, handed over the key, and the agent simply asked to see my fuel receipt. I luckily kept it, he checked the drop-off time, and immediately said I was good to go. A shuttle minibus was already waiting outside the door to drive us straight back to the airport terminal. This was easily the smoothest, fastest, and most efficient car rental experience I have ever had. Whether it is just the brilliant way Victoria Rent a Car operates or the seamless integration with the Discover Cars platform, the entire trip was completely effortless. I will definitely be using them every single time I travel to Alicante

¡Un servicio pésimo!
Alquilé un coche durante 14 días y lo devolví en perfectas condiciones, sin ningún daño. Le pedí a Victoria Cars que me confirmara por escrito que el coche se había devuelto en perfectas condiciones. ¡Victoria Cars se negó! Además, retienen mi depósito de 1480 euros sin decirme cuándo lo recuperaré. ¡Un servicio pésimo!

I forgot my physical drivers license (i had a Danish App that was not enough in spain) so i could not get the car but they was helpful and drive me back to the airport and after a couple of weeks and some e- mails i now got a full refund. I would rent a car here again if needed It would be nice if they speed up everything. (E- mails , refund time and so on….)
