Overpriced and shady billing - Do not buy
Deceptive cancellation process. I requested a cancellation after being billed 1 year ago. They replied with the same copy and paste template they'll reply to this complaint with. Billed anyway a year later and they wont refund even though you contact them on the same day. They just try to explain to you "How a subscription service works". I know how it works, I ask you to cancel and it's cancelled, THEY HAVE BROKEN THAT agreement with no recourse. Also, the product is not any good, they will charge you a premium price for just a couple of decent templates that aren't even of the quality they advertise. All the rest looks like A.I. slop. I had their most expensive plan and none of their output is premium once you export. Also, I used this mostly for music visualizers and they NEVER sync up with the music, there is always a delay between the visual and music you upload. Do not do business with these people.

Easy, Looks Great...but
Using Videobolt by an amateur, like myself, is very easy. Took a bit of using to understand it, but once you do you can really push out products quickly. One thing I wish was better, especially with their Lyric Templates, I like the selection and themes, but most of the time I do not care for the lyric motion on the screen. Everything looks really good, but the animation of the lyrics looks like it was something worked up in an early version of PowerDirector. The words/lyrics on the screen are clunky in their movement in all the templates I used, that's the only thing I can knitpick on...Other than that, really cool site and perfect for a beginner to get a quality looking lyric video, albeit with outdated motion of the words.

Overpriced and shady billing practices
Overpriced and shady billing practices I used Videobolt for a while and ended up cancelling for two reasons. First, the pricing is simply not justified by what you actually get, there are cheaper and more flexible alternatives on the market that deliver comparable or better results. The real dealbreaker, though, is how Videobolt handles plan changes. If you switch plans mid-cycle, the time you already paid for is just gone. No credit, no proration, no refund toward the new plan. You essentially pay twice for overlapping time, and they pocket the difference. That is not a billing policy, that is taking money for a service the customer no longer has access to. For me that was reason enough to cancel and not come back.

I love the AI lyric sync
I love the AI lyric sync. This feature saves me a lot of time. I would like to see improvements made in your search results. I'm always looking for lyric videos but, when I add a secondary term into the search, it gives me results that are no longer significant to my primary filter.
