Bought a ViewSonic XG2431
Bought a ViewSonic XG2431 monitor over two years ago, the monitor preformed very well with very low motion blur, recently had an issue with it where the pixels would smear horribly loading up and with any refresh rate other than 240hz, working perfectly at 240hz which is only an issue for me when I need it for console. I emailed customer support about this issue where they responded very promptly in the same day and asked for a video of the issue, they said my monitor is discontinued and offered me an alternative which I declined as it was inferior, they then offered a refund to resolve the issue. I now have received the refund and get to keep the monitor to use with my PC. Very happy with their service and products.

J'ai eu 2 fois des problèmes matériels sur mon écran ViewSonic, le SAV a rapidement pris en compte mes demandes et mis en place le renvoi de mon écran. La première fois l'écran a pu être réparé. Mais la seconde fois, 2 ans plus tard, l'écran n'a pas pu être réparé dû à des pièces manquantes, et le SAV a remboursé la totalité du produit !

The stupid wiggly stick ....
I'm astonished to find such poor reviews of Viewsonic monitors in general. I still have my VG910s which went EOL in October 2025. I keep it now as a standby but was using it regularly up until about 6 months ago. The missing star is due to the - this is the politest way I can put it - bloody daft joystick control on the back of my VA2215. It is a brilliant panel, but whoever released it to market with that abysmal control stalk should have been immediately dismissed! It is virtually impossible to switch off 'the first time'. You need multiple tries at doing so and invariably it goes into its endless menu options; whichever one is selected then has to time out before you can retry switching it off. I'm sure today's secondary school pupils could come up with something better!

ViewSonic products are made to break. Even monitors, they will overheat and break after 4 to 5 years.

I am using Viewsonic VA2231wm monitor for 16 years, now only started late display on issue, one of the best monitors ins of my life, still using from india, bangalore
