Poor quality and colours run after second handwash
I initially loved my tights, yet this was short lived as after two wears they pulled holes and the colours run after the second handwashing.

The tights look amazing online but they…
The tights look amazing online but they are an extra shiny kind of plastic fabric, not like any tights fabric I have seen before. The fabric really smells like chemicals too. I never wore the 3 pair I bought but eventually washed them as I thought i might keep them for fancy dress, the strong chemical smell did not wash out. I threw them away.

Not sure why some of the other reviews are negative. The only valid criticism is that delivery takes a couple of weeks, but it is absolutely worth the wait. The packaging, the accompanying letter, and the overall presentation look like they come from a high-end luxury store. The size was perfect, and the material is incredibly soft and fits beautifully. The quality is outstanding. 10/10. Great job! I will definitely be ordering again.

Tights faded significantly after 2 hand…
Tights faded significantly after 2 hand washes in mild detergent. Not even close to how they originally looked essentially unwearable. Contacted company support, they said there was nothing they could do as it was outside the 30 day returns policy. I explained they were a gift so purchased in advance (as international post) and only opened recently. I would not recommend anyone purchase this product, especially at this price point.

Customer service is rude.
I had a pair of tights I had purchased in March. I had only wore the pair two times before I noticed there was damage along the seam where it looked like the material was coming apart. When I contacted Viken Plan to see if they would do anything to reimburse me for the pair. Their customer service did give me a 30% refund on the damaged pair but were very rude when responding that next time I need to try to handle any problems within the 30 day refund window. I will be spending my money with other hosiery companies after the rude interactions I just experienced.
