Villadom Javea helped us to find a good buyer for our villa in Javea and to resolve all the potential problems relating to the sale. Negotiated on our behalf with the buyers, their legal team, all Spanish institutions involved (Ayuntamiento, catastro, etc) with great skill showing experience and talent to deal with people. And all the time keeping us well informed and reassured. Their advice and guidance in the process of selling our property were invaluable. We sailed through it relaxed, seeing things being done quickly and efficiently. Frankly, we do not know how we would have managed without Villadom. We talked to several estate agencies and choose Villadom recommended to us by our friends. Luckily! We now recommend it to any prospective seller/buyer with full confidence that they will be happy with their choice.

No puedo decir nada malo de esta agencia. La profesionalidad de su personal es excepcional. Contacté con ellos para una compra venta y todo fue fácil con ellos, el trato, sus disponibilidad en todo momento. Una vez hecha la transacción siguen ocupando ese de todos los detalles y problemas que pueda haber. Sin duda alguna, para repartir.

¡Muy recomendado! Compré una casa en Jávea en diciembre de 2022 utilizando los servicios de Villadom. Atención al cliente excelente y profesional desde el principio hasta el final del proceso. Encontraron la propiedad adecuada para mí, concertaron visitas, negociaron el precio y se ocuparon de todos los trámites burocráticos y administrativos, (incluso se encargaron de cambiar el nombre y la cuenta en las facturas de electricidad y agua después de la venta). No era la primera vez que utilizaba los servicios de un agente inmobiliario en Costa Blanca y Villadom resultó ser la mejor opción. Gracias a todo el equipo

Wir haben eine Liegenschaft in Xabia gesucht und waren in Kontakt mit mehreren Brokern. Villadom hat einen ausserordentlich guten Service abgegeben. Antonia und Marina sind die Extrameile gegangen und haben uns bei vielen Dingen unterstützt bezüglich Behörden und anderen Dingen. Sie sind gut vernetzt und es hat uns vieles erleichtert.
