Es wird versprochen, passt auf 90% aller Fadenmäher! Stimmt überhaupt nicht! 1 Beispiel: Einer der besten überhaupt Honda 4 Takt Benziner kann nur umgerüstet werden mit sehr viel technischem Verständnis! Für Laien praktisch unmöglich! Auch die verdrillten Stahldrähte halten nicht sehr lange! Ich bin richtig enttäuscht!

Die Kommunikation ist sehr mangelhaft. Es gibt keine Ansprechpartner, nur AB-Endlosschleifen. Auf ein ausgefülltes Kontaktformular gibt es keine Rückmeldung. NICHT zu empfehlen.

Niet verkeerd, niet perfect
Ik heb besteld. Toen een mail ontvangen dat de verzending even kon duren vanwege Black Friday. Product is goed geleverd, maar ging direct naar het afhaalpunt. Al met al duurde het een week. Er komen geen meldingen van Chronopost per mail. Je moet zelf op de website kijken.

I purchased a Viltrox AF 16mm f1.8 Z…
I purchased a Viltrox AF 16mm f1.8 Z lens for use on a Nikon Z camera. The lens has performed very well, however the difficulty in updating the firmware has turned me away from any future Viltox products. In what should be a straight forward issue to update firmware, turns into a minefield of confusion. Firstly, there are 2 different means of firmware updating and secondly when you cant get the update installed and you contact Viltrox Support, they simply give you the information you have tried previously. I was aware that there were problems after reading posts on Digital Photography Review and other sources, however until I experienced the problem and tried to work through the issues, I was not aware just how poor Viltrox Support was. So poor is the support for such a simple procedure I will not be purchasing any further Viltox products. It is a shame they are ruining their reputation by doing this. The product is excellent quality and let down by poor support.

Viltrox Store Experience
Viltrox lenses are excellent. My experience with viltrox store was the opposite. I ordered a lens and payed with PayPal. I got email confirmation and then nothing else for about a week. I suspected a scam so contacted them to try cancel, they replied lens was already sent. They then sent details of how to track lens. Everytime I tried to track the link told me there was a problem so my confidence of actually receiving something was low. Fast forward few weeks and the lens arrived. All looked great and I was happy. Unfortunately the autoffocus was defective (I know these things happen but it was a downer after waiting so long). I contacted viltrox, they wanted a video to prove the issue. I recorded the issue and sent it. They sent me a zip file firmware update, no instructions and told me to try this. I figured out how to update the lens but the autofocus still didn't work. I let them know, they sent an address in China, told me to send lens, but not by courier and only value it at 5 dollars, they would refund lens and postage. I did so, sent them tracking details. I was told that it was too late in the month to refund postage as its done once a month. Its 16 days now since I sent everything off, no refund, no contact from them. The service is terrible. Its nearly 2 months since I originally put in the lens order. I do not recommend buying from viltrox, use a dealer or Amazon or someone. Viltrox return policy is awful
