Deceptive Practices on their payment page (Beware)
I placed an order and after completing it I noticed that they had pre-ticked an added charge for insurance. I contacted them and they said they would remove it but could then not guarantee that I would receive the product and could possibly lose my money. The practice of pre-ticking extra charges is illegal in most countries around the world. It is called drip pricing in Australia. I told them to cancel my order as I would not accept a business using such practices and that they should make this clear on their website and not have hidden amongst ads in the final payment page where it can easily be missed. I bet most people don't even realise they are paying this extra charge. After asking to cancel the order was suddenly showing as shipped, which is impossible as it was just a label initiated. I told them I would initiate a charge-back with the bank and they argued with me over quite a number of emails. They were very arrogant and still haven't refunded my funds. I gave them the opportunity so now I have lodged a claim with the bank (Visa) to get my money back. People should take a stand against businesses that use deceptive practices to make extra money. There is nothing on their web site indicating extra charges except in the payment section and hidden amongst ads. Beware of this. There are other businesses out there that don't deceive their customers and would probably have similar or better make up.

Love this foundation so much
Love this foundation so much, goes on smoothly. Transitions from white to match my skin tone and cancels out redness. Leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth! I order two to three bottles in advance!!!
