Excellent service, and quality leather waistcoat
I purchased a black leather waistcoat. Excellent service. Running updates from Kelly to ensure that I had ordered the correct size, after I had queried this. Quick turnaround on my order, and I received it much quicker than I thought. Real nice quality leather, and good construction. I'll be ordering a brown one, now. Thank you guys.

Leather Toiletry Bag
I ordered this toiletry bag and asked if it could be sent out without delay. The bag arrived in time for my travels and proved to be an ideal size for my essentials. Its zip runs smoothly, and the leather has a lovely appearance and feel. I am pleased that I chose it and expect to use it for many future trips

No care for consumers
I am a first time customer with vintage leather. I had ordered a pair of leather pants under express shipping, a pricey venture, though one I was confident in considering the good rap vintage leather *seemed* to have. I was told by the website to download the "shop" app to keep an eye on my order, so I promptly followed orders. This was only to find myself waiting 8 days for my item to even be posted to me! I then spent a further 5 days waiting for my package to arrive. This was only to find that I had been sent the wrong item. Frustrated, I sent an email to the address listed on the website. I was quickly replied to and reassured that this predicament would be remedied. The company would email me a pre-paid shipping label to send back the wrong item. This seemed fair and so I waited. And waited. And waited. Another 6 days to be emailed this label. Then two weeks further to recieve the initially ordered item. The item is of a stellar quality, but the customer service was unforgivable. Do not shop with this retailer if you wish to have your time respected.

Ordered jacket, customer services emailed me to discuss size to ensure correct fitting. Size agreed. Delivered quickly, jacket is great quality and fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Came across these guys almost by accident. Had been looking to replace my bike wear for a while, and search engines delivering what they do was finding it difficult. Physical shops are rare and seldom have a size to try. When I ordered, the team here took time to ensure I was after the right thing. When it arrived ( next couple of days ), it proved to be bang on. Very happy with price, quality and service - by which I mean very happy.
