Hate the company- love the sellers
I would have given Vinted five stars; however, customer service from the vendor, not the seller, is just as important as the seller of the items. One of my first purchases was a rather expensive item. I was promised a date of delivery within two weeks. Before that time was up, the date was pushed. One and a half months later, I was requested by the company to submit a complaint, and when I did, I was informed that the company was sorry the product was not what was described and noted that I needed to take it up with the seller. I wrote back that I never received it, and I gave all the information. I got the same response. After going through this three times, "Mark" from Vinted wrote that my complaint had been reviewed and my complaint was denied. I asked for the specific reason, and that was the last communication I had. When I went to make a complaint with the company, I got a message that there were problems with the platform. I went back to make sure that my communication was still there, and it was already deleted by the company. It is a good thing I took a screenshot of everything. I love Vinted and the sellers; however, if you order anything worth any kind of money and it doesn't show up, don't be surprised.

very difficult to reset password and you cant call anybody.just send message.i of course found this out after i ordered.i cant login to check on my purchase and reset password email is not coming at all so needless to say thats too risky for me and frustrating.sad because it seemed like it might be a fun platform but dosent seem legitamate.purchase at your own risk

Seller Protection Denied
Seller Protection Denied — Courier Admitted Fault I sold an item that Evri confirmed was damaged in transit in writing. I packaged it securely with multiple layers — photos attached. I refunded the buyer in full. Yet Vinted denied my claim, saying they "can't confirm carrier damage" — despite Evri’s own email proving it. They closed the chat without proper review. If Seller Protection doesn't protect sellers when the courier admits fault — what is it for? I’m £35.00 out of pocket through no fault of my own. Order: George Foreman Grill — buyer: freddiewatson-paul23. Disappointed sellers deserve better.

So far have sold a few items on here… So far have sold a few items on here and hope it keeps going. So far don't care for their customer service. Don't care for how they word things or how they push you to leave feedback for someone. It's all very annoying. Would like if you can decide if you sell just in the US or outside of the US. I sold a item to someone in the UK and don't care to do it again because how long it took for them to get the item and get paid. Also had a issue with usps taking a buyers package all over the place before finally delivering it to them today when they should have had it 2 weeks ago. That was ridiculous. Hope if I ever have a issue with a buyer or seller because I am honest, they will actually help me in my favor. But looks like they have tons of bad reviews on customer service which is very concerning. I hate any company with bad customer service because I have dealt with that too many times.

Scary site to buy specially Smart phones!
"I used Vinted to buy a smartphone, but I see that Vinted is full of fraud and scammers. I had to cancel my order, which cost almost 240 dollars, because the supposed seller turned out to be a scammer. I demanded that Vinted refund my money back at once !! Don't buy or use this site is full of fraud!! You may loose your money if you don't pay attention!!
