This company is clearly cheating it's clients, it will mention something and when you join you will receive something different, and their customer service is the worst, they cannot help solve any problem

I specifically asked the female Virgin Mobile rep in the Dubai Hills branch for a Pay As You Go service for a new sim card number. She told me the AED 79 payment was a one-off and that the plan would not automatically renew. I have just discovered the number had been put on a monthly auto-renewing plan. When I explained this to Virgin, they said they spoke with this sales rep who told them I “required data” and therefore accepted the AED 79 plan. This is a lie. I already have another Virgin SIM on a yearly plan and Virgin Home Internet, so there was no reason for me to request another monthly data plan. When I challenged this, I was initially told PAYG wasn't possible. I then pointed out that Virgin's own Consumer Services Agreement, section 7.1(e), specifically provides for downgrading from a one-month tariff to Pay As You Go. Even the manager admitted he was unaware of this provision. I have been waiting 10 days for a resolution on this and their response has been to simply close my ticket. This is fraudulent business practice and I can see someone else wrote a review here with the exact same experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID Virgin Mobile UAE. My Support Ticket ID is HLP-1357448. Do not ask me to contact you via the chat, as your customer service reps are completely unhelpful and dismissive. Call me for resolution ASAP or I will take the matter to TDRA's Dispute Resolution with Service Providers process.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Virgin Home Internet. I first bought a monthly home internet plan through Muhammad Arbab Perivez. About one month later, I purchased a new yearly home internet plan. Both subscriptions are under my name and registered at exactly the same home address. When I purchased the monthly plan, I was never clearly informed that it would automatically renew every month and automatically deduct the payment from my account. I only discovered that I still had two active subscriptions after seeing another deduction and contacting Virgin through the app chat. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I was then told that the plans cannot simply be cancelled. Instead of resolving the problem, I was offered a 50% discount, even though I do not need two home internet plans at the same address. A discount does not solve the main issue — I should not be paying for a service I do not need. This review It reflects my honest opinion and my actual experience with Virgin Mobile and Arbab after discovering the automatic renewal, the additional deductions, and the difficulty in cancelling the unnecessary subscription. To Muhammad Arbab Perivez: Customer service should not only be about selling a product. It should also be about supporting the customer after the sale and making sure they fully understand what they are purchasing. I would have expected you to clearly explain the automatic renewal and help prevent me from paying for two home internet subscriptions unnecessarily. To Virgin: Please train your staff to properly explain subscription terms before completing a sale. With today’s technology, your system should also be able to flag when the same customer already has an active home internet subscription at exactly the same address before allowing another one to continue without warning. Customers should not discover these things only after money has already been deducted, and then be told that cancellation is not possible and offered a discount instead. Based on my personal experience, if someone asks me today which provider I would choose for home internet, I would recommend du instead.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Virgin Home Internet\. I first bought a monthly home internet plan through **Muhammad Arbab Perivez**\. About one month later, I purchased a new **yearly home internet plan**\. Both subscriptions are under **my name and registered at exactly the same home address**\. A discount does not solve the main issue — I should not be paying for a service I do not need\. I also want to clarify something important\. There is an earlier **very positive review written by me about Arbab**\. I wrote that review because he personally asked me for a review shortly after selling me the first plan, and I did it based on my experience at that moment\. This review is also written by me, but now after seeing the full situation\. It reflects **my honest opinion and my actual experience with Virgin Mobile and Arbab** after discovering the automatic renewal, the additional deductions, and the difficulty in cancelling the unnecessary subscription\. **To Muhammad Arbab Perivez:** Customer service should not only be about selling a product\. It should also be about supporting the customer after the sale and making sure they fully understand what they are signing up for\. You know me personally, and I would have expected you to clearly explain the automatic renewal and help prevent me from paying for two home internet subscriptions unnecessarily\. **To Virgin:** Please train your staff to properly explain subscription terms before completing a sale\.
