I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. The company charged almost double the standard fee for a regular Saudi visit visa application, creating the expectation of professional support and expert handling. However, after collecting the payment, their involvement was largely limited to email correspondence, with little to no practical assistance throughout the process. There was inadequate support regarding documentation, application preparation, and submission. The overall handling of the application appeared disorganized and lacked the level of professionalism that was promised. Furthermore, the process took more than a month, during which communication was limited and updates were scarce. In the end, I was informed of the visa rejection through a simple screenshot, without any proper explanation, consultation, or meaningful follow-up. Based on my experience, the service was significantly overpriced and failed to provide the value that was advertised. This appears misleading and deceptive, as the level of service delivered did not match the expectations created when the fee was collected. I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully review all terms, compare alternative providers, and proceed with caution before engaging this company’s services.

I recently applied for a visit visa for my father, who is a UK resident with Indefinite Leave to Remain. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Despite the UK moving away from BRP cards, we were repeatedly asked to provide one, which suggests the requirements and staff guidance are not up to date. This led to unnecessary delays, confusion, and additional costs for an application that ultimately did not progress as expected. In contrast, when we applied for an Umrah visa through an authorised agent, the process was smooth and approved without issue. I would strongly recommend reviewing and updating your visa requirements and staff training to reflect current UK immigration practices. Applicants should not be penalised due to outdated systems or unclear guidance. Overall, a disappointing experience that could be significantly improved with better coordination and more accurate information.

TOTAL SCAM, Took money even if visa is rejected. No reasonig for visa rejected. No Refund issued Could you imagine the millions of people falling for this. UK government website is redirecting us to this website.
