I booked a tour to Pallay Punchu for 3 people through WhatsApp. The staff was incredibly helpful—even when I made a typo in a passport number, they quickly assisted me in fixing it. Really appreciate for her help.

The attenttion from the personnel was…Very Good
The attenttion from the personnel was very good, to book the service also was easy. The only negative point was that the reserevation was made for another date than the date we choose. By Whatsapp your people said that they will change. Also in your confirmations the date of starting the tour is not showed.

An Unforgettable Chile Adventure - Thank you Hilton!!!
I cannot recommend Hilton and his team highly enough!! I have just returned from the most incredible trip to Chile, and every aspect of the journey exceeded my expectations. Chile is a truly beautiful country with stunning landscapes, wonderful people, and amazing food. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised, allowing me to simply relax and enjoy the experience. The tours Hilton arranged were exceptional. Every guide was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about sharing their corner of Chile. Several of them made such an impression that I expect we'll stay in touch long after the trip has ended. The highlight was undoubtedly Easter Island, where Hilton helped make my birthday unforgettable. Being surprised with cake and drinks beside the iconic Moai statues was incredibly special, and something I will remember for the rest of my life. As if that wasn't enough, the evening ended with a fantastic cultural dance performance, and I was even invited on stage to join the dancers! It was the perfect ending to a magical day and quite literally the icing on the cake. The attention to detail, personal touches, and seamless planning throughout the trip were outstanding. Experiences like these create memories that last a lifetime, and I'm so grateful for everything Hilton did to make this journey so special. Chile has truly captured a piece of my heart, and I already know I will be back. When I do return, I wouldn't hesitate to book through Hilton again. Thank you for creating a trip that I will never forget.

We booked the stargazing experience in Uyuni through visit.SouthAmerica and it ended up being one of the highlights of our Bolivia trip. The night started quietly, sitting in complete darkness on the salt flats and waiting for the sky to reveal itself. As the stars became more visible and the Milky Way stretched across the sky, it genuinely felt surreal. Photos don't really do justice to how vast and peaceful it felt standing out there. What stood out most was our guide's enthusiasm. Despite working in complete darkness and freezing temperatures, he went above and beyond to help everyone get creative photos and make the experience memorable. The tour was well organised, communication was straightforward, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you're visiting Uyuni, I'd strongly recommend adding the stargazing experience to your itinerary. It's a completely different side of the salt flats and one we'll remember for a long time.
