Absolutely thrilled with my new printed boxes for our candle range! 🌟 I designed them myself using Vistaprint’s design studio, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the print is outstanding—everything is crisp and clear, which really showcases our products beautifully. The delivery was impressively fast, too! I appreciate how seamless the entire process was, especially compared to other companies that made it quite challenging. Vistaprint made ordering my boxes a breeze, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more soon. Great job, team Vistaprint! You’ve set the bar high. Thank you for helping me bring my vision to life!

Avoid - wasted time and money
I paid £12 for them to update a design for a postcard and then to print it. When it arrived the printing was awful and not what was shown on screen so they were unusable. They provided me with a credit note to re-print but when I went to do this and transfer the design on to a smaller size postcard (that I was told by both the customer service rep I could do and it stated on the website) this was not possible. They have refunded me the cost of the printing but I have paid for a design I cannot use plus a total waste of my time. Next time I'll go to an independent designer and a local printing company - I can't even download my design to print elsewhere and edit myself. The only positive is that the customer service team do reply quickly.
