I was placing an order for 100 business…
I was placing an order for 100 business cards for 14.99. When I went to place the order, it went to $40.98. $25.99 dollars for hidden fees. Vistaprint is a "BAIT AND SWITCH" vendor.

Great quality
The quality of the shirt and stickers I bought is great. There was a small difference on the color on the shirt I ordered but their customer service is amazing. I'm very happy with the whole experience and will be buying from them again.

Horrible Customer Service
I had multiple items on an order and they canceled one the day of expected delivery. I spent three straight days on the phone with customer service about the canceled item and they never told me until two days after the expected delivery on the other items, that they hadn’t even gone into production. Even then, they couldn’t give me a guaranteed delivery date or even when they would be produced. Again…. This was days after they had told me they would be delivered and ZERO communication about the delays. Mistakes happen. That’s not the issue. Not communicating with your customer so they can plan accordingly, IS an issue. It cost me almost $1,100 to fix the situation they put me in.

Annoying error
I ordered three items with my company logo: a blue baseball cap, a blue Henley shirt, and refrigerator magnets. The cap arrived in a week and looks great. The shirt I received was a gray over shirt lined with flannel. The refrigerator magnets will take two more weeks. Customer service was great and promptly gave me an appropriate credit, but I’m still annoyed by the errors.
