Abusulutly a scame not recomending

Abusulutly a scame not recomending so as you can see others comments about the vitalmods.pro stealing money and what should i say i bought the cheats get the license on mail... BUT first time it was wrong (not working i mean not valid license key) i wasnt be able to use it i contacted they they answered me give me finnally a working key (after a month) and all was working fine UNTIL i got lexis account banned i didnt know whats wrong i just got error: sum ting wung after a 1 year of trying to unban my account i still didnt manage to do anything if we not count that i got banned of the lexis.re group in discord and after that i just somehow contact vitalmods.pro again and they said i did make a dispute (i didn't i mean maybe i was but i can't found it on any app i have :I ) SO... when i said that they said they will unban me when i will close the dispute (i dont even know which they mean) they answering when they want i found something on the revolut i was trying to purche and i didnt mange to buy but after i did i look all my apps where i'm buying stuffs and i DIDNT FOUND ANY OPENED DISCPUTE so only what i can say its dont buy at their sites i wish to they cloud have batter support and trust :(

Hello Ajaz, After reviewing our records, this is the first time we have seen any claim that your license key was incorrect. We have no prior support tickets, emails, or messages from you reporting this issue, and no replacement license key was ever requested or issued. Regarding the ban, your access was revoked because a chargeback was filed against the purchase. As outlined in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services when a payment is disputed, reversed, or deemed fraudulent. You also mentioned slow response times. The emails you referenced were sent between 9 PM and 10 PM (GMT+1), which is outside our normal business hours. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, response times may be longer overnight. For transparency, we have included evidence of the chargeback dispute, which was ultimately resolved in our favor, as well as our Terms of Service that explain our policy regarding disputed payments. Wiped my paid order and ignored my proof of purchase

I bought Lexis from them a year and a half ago and when I opened a discord support ticket to get my license key, they basically told me Its Gone. Apparently they moved to a new website and because I didn't transfer my order in time, my purchase is just gone. The manager told me to just check my old email for the key, but it's not there. I literally offered to send them my original order receipt to prove i paid for it, and they just ghosted me with no reply. Genuinely terrible customer service to just wiped out paid orders like that. Avoid this site

Hello Tuah, Your license key has not been removed or invalidated. It remains valid with Lexis, and you should also still have access to it via your original purchase receipt email. We built our own platform after our previous platform (which we did not build, but used to host our store) encountered issues that ultimately led to its closure. Unfortunately, this situation was outside of our control. While account data could not be transferred automatically, existing license keys themselves remain valid. We also want to address the claim that we ignored your messages. The messages and tickets referenced were sent during very early morning hours (around 4:00 AM–6:00 AM). As a small team, we are not available 24/7, but we do respond as soon as possible during working hours. In fact, we have already replied to your support ticket. Please consider the fact that we aren't robots, and instead, we're humans who have a life and a normal sleep / work schedule.

Placed purchase but received no key.

Currently having trouble receiving a key for an order I placed. I received a receipt, but viewing my "Orders" tab does not show a key for the product I purchased. I hope I can amend this review when or if I receive some support. Update: Sent email with receipt number, awaiting reply.
