Excellent customer support
I had an issue where the previous Charging Adapter that was made for an older headset was not compatible with the new pair of glasses I got (Viture Beast). I didn't know this would be the case, and wasn't a fan of buying a new accessory--in fact, I was contemplating returning the new glasses. But before I did that, I reached out to customer support. I'm really glad I did! Not only was the communication super speedy and professional, they reviewed my purchase history and just sent me the new version of the adapter at no extra charge . I was really impressed by the customer support and decided to keep the glasses because of it.

So this is a two part review
So this is a two part review. On the Beast glasses and customer service First off, these are my first glasses of this type. I got them for my Xbox ROG Ally X. I needed a bigger screen to play on and see text on certain games and they work great. Vibrant colors, I can lock the display. Sometimes there’s a little drift but if you hold down the button it relocks again. Is not a big deal to me. They’re comfortable enough for an hour or so of gaming, I haven’t used them longer than that. They get a little warm, but it’s not unbearable. I don’t know how these compare to other glasses but I’m enjoying them. Secondly, customer service is top notch. They have/had a deal if you buy these glasses you get a free controller. I didn’t realize you had to click a button for this. I tried reaching out to Amazon customer service and it’s a joke with its AI chatbot. So I emailed Viture customer service and asked if there was anything I could do to get the deal and they replied back that they will send me the controller. I haven’t seen customer service like that ever, so thank you. I truly appreciate that.

A great experience
I have hand both Viture Glasses and their neckband more recently. I am not the most tech savvy person and it was only when I asked Viture for some advice did it really bring my Glasses experience alive. From thinking mehhh it's ok to wow these are inreal with a little advice. The glasses and neckband themselves are very well made, I had tried cheaper ai glasses earlier in the year which were underwhelming and now that I have these Viture glasses it's a whole new world for me they fit comfortable and feel light to wear, the neckband is the same story, it sits evenly and I don't notice I'm carrying and weight around my neck. So a really good experience largely down to a few works of tech support.

Mit Viture tauche ich in eine neue Welt ab
Ich habe mir mehrere viture Produkte auf einmal gekauft, die Viture Beast und die viture pro 2 und das Neckband pro. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass das ganze so gut funktionieren würde aber zum gaming ist die Viture Beast genial vorallem mit dem neckband pro und moonshine Client bzw. Gfn. Die Pro XR2 eigenen sich hingegen super zum Produktiven Einsatz, wegen der Text schärfe. Die Lieferung war immer sehr schnell und problemlos.
