AI editing doesn't really work
AI editing doesn't really work. They lie and say theres a money back guarantee, but that only applies if you don't use it. And you have to use it to discover it doesn't work. this was confirmed with support. Conversation: "so your product doesn't really work, you have to use it to discover that, and once you do you can;t get a refund?" Customer Service Agent: "Not for a one month subscription. The yearly subscription can get refunded after use, but it depends on how many months were used. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Technical issues and a blackmail subscription
Initially the work went well but these folks keep updating their tech and making us become the guinea pigs for their user acceptance testing. Set me back several times for up to a week due to their tech farts. As well, they blackmail you into maintaining the subscription so that your unused credits will be rolled over. Not recommended if you're not constantly using the service.

Keeps important features as hostage and no way to ever get a refund for your leftover credits that you paid for
We were early customers of Opus.AI for creating short form clips. recently their server started glitching and took much longer to cut clips from heavier files. We decided to try out vizard.ai. 1. They don't have a free-trial period to actually test their service out. 2. Their free plan has many limitations - size limit, brand kit limit etc. 3. So was forced to start a monthly subscription. We tried the service out, still has a lot of kinks to work on, one of them that became the deciding factor for us to cancel is - if a clip needs an outro which is added after the main clip ends - the BGM abruptly ends and the Outro is blank and there's now way to extend or fade out the music. regardless of the length of the Audio clip, it just ends because the main video clip ends. That looks like a rookie job. Today I requested for a refund of the credits we are unable to use and they have no refund policy whatsoever, even though I can no longer use their service. The customer care agents pretend to help, but they repeat the same excuse over and over like a robot. Overall dissatisfied with service and management.

Nur Kreditkarten Abrechnung sehr teuer
Bei Vizard ai gibt's nur die Möglichkeit mit Kreditkarten zu bezahlen und es ist auch extrem teuer wenn man das Programm erstmal einen Monat testen möchte
