I came home to find my order from them…
I came home to find my order from them I placed 12/9/2022! I totally forgot that I even ordered and didn’t get my product since it had been so long. The packing slip had the 2022 date, but fedex tracking shows they literally just shipped it last week. On one hand it was a pleasant surprise. On the other hand, really could have used this two Christmases ago when I ordered it originally.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
I use to always order from Vizuarts but after not getting my money back from a painting I NEVER RECIEVED and their colors on the paintings are ALWAYS OFF. I refuse to spend my money here. I have a diamond checker to ensure the colors are correct and each painting has had a color or more be wrong. (I know that colors can vary from company to company) However, I have had colors be the same which completely RUINED my painting and I threw it away after waiting over three months for new gems that I NEVER GOT. I sent emails daily to the company and they stopped replying. PLEASE, don't waste your money. Do Diamond Art Club or any company EXCEPT Vizuarts

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
I ordered 3 diamond art kits on their sail of 3 for $50. It’s a pretty good deal for kits right? I had ordered before from vizu and it came on time like it was supposed to. And it was perfect. But then I ordered the 3 on May 27 and I have yet to get it. I have to tracking number and it still says order placed. Then shortly after my account was hacked and money was taken. It may be from something else but I think it’s odd that I have yet to get any information. I contacted the support team 2 times and they never responded. I can’t even get a refund now cause it’s been over a month. I strongly recommend never ordering from this website. They will steal your money and you will never get contacted back from them if you try. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

I ordered a kit from Vizuart on Jan…
I ordered a kit from Vizuart on Jan 21/23. Still have not received it. Asked them to research shipping.. they stated they would get back to me & never did. Thereafter i asked them to refund my credit card since no response to shipment. Never was refunded. THEY ARE A SCAM..Don't order from them.
