6 mesicu od zruseni smouvy vodafone telefon porad vyzaduji platby za neco co uz davno nevyuzivame
Matka ukoncila smlouvu na volani s Vodafone CZ v prosinci 2025, takze pres pul roku vyuziva jineho operatora pro telefon a ti zlodeji od ni porad zadaji nejake platby! Ted naposled jim zaplatila v srpnu, okradli ji o 238kc I kdyz uz je pres 6 mesicu pryc a jejich telefoni sluzby nevyuziva! Je to stara pani tak se boji aby nemela problemy a kdyz jim zavola tak ji nakecaji ze je vse v poradku ale pak zas od ni chteji penize za neco co uz davno nevyuziva!. Normalni sprosti zlodeji co parazituji na starych lidech co si nemuzou poradne poradit. A uz vubec nemluvim o tom jak ji porad bombarduji nevyzadanymi smskami! Normalni sprosti paraziti. Vyhnete se jim obloukem!

They have admitted giving free sim cards to illegal immigrants. This is paid for by current vodaphone customers who were not consulted on this I would also ask vodaphone. What exactly extra information do you require. My post is readily available on all UK media posts. Your CEO ( who earns ) £10 million per year is on record admitting that you gave out free sim cards to migrants without asking your paying customers I personally know Two vodaphone customers who did not give there permission to give out free sims to migrants without their permission. It's now common knowledge/ YouTube/ social media/ UK media you have done this without permission. Your asking about further information is clearly an AI intervention as it is simply a one star review. A request a human read this and is doesn't breach any guidelines Vodaphone must accept this review in our democracy. To not publish is clearly anti free speech and demonstrates anti open honest views

Went onto store at Stafford and was greeted by Rich. He was extremely helpful and informative. Saved us some money on our bill. Due to this we then ended up changing to them for our broadband also. Keep up the good work Rich. Thanks for your help.

U Vodafonu jsem byl věrným zákazníkem…
U Vodafonu jsem byl věrným zákazníkem 15 let, ale po této zkušenosti s nimi definitivně končím a ruším všechny služby. Využil jsem jejich inzerovanou možnost vyzkoušet zařízení s garancí vrácení do 30 dnů. Router jsem měl doma pouhý JEDEN den. Na infolince Vodafonu mi bylo výslovně řečeno, že mohu zařízení vrátit na jakékoliv prodejně a peníze mi budou vyplaceny v hotovosti. To pro mě bylo klíčové, protože router byl placen z firemního účtu a zpětný převod na účet by mi zbytečně komplikoval účetnictví (musel bych to řešit jako zdanitelný příjem). Realita na pobočkách? Naprostá katastrofa a neochota. Navštívil jsem dvě prodejny a nikde to „nešlo“. Vrcholem všeho byla prodejna na pražské Floře, kde mě personál místo vyřešení problému drze poslal na jinou pobočku, ať si to jdu vyřídit tam. Je šílené, že operátor dává na lince sliby, které pak jeho vlastní lidé na pobočkách odmítají plnit, a ještě se chovají arogantně. Pokud Vodafone takto pohrdá dlouholetými zákazníky, nemá smysl jim platit ani korunu. Odcházím ke konkurenci

If I could give Vodafone zero
If I could give Vodafone zero, I would. When I had a contract with them, they were beyond useless. Now I’m helping my mum cancel hers. She tried two years ago—unsuccessfully. They kept charging her all this time. Today it took me three hours on the phone and live chat to cancel it. Even though they should have cancelled it before, they’re still charging us two more months! They’re the most incompetent, useless company besides BT I’ve ever dealt with. Unbelievably useless—avoid them at all costs. Thank you.
