Keine Rückerstattung, keine Reaktion auf Emails
Ich habe ein Brillengestell zurücksenden wollen und habe keine Antwort auf meine Anfragen nach Rücksendeunterlagen erhalten. Ich habe den Artikel vor Wochen dennoch zurückgesandt; bis jetzt keine Reaktion und keine Rückerstattung. Keine Antwort auf zahlreiche Emails diesbezüglich. Ich habe jetzt eine Frist zur Rückerstattung gesetzt und übergebe bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Frist die Angelegenheit meinem Anwalt.

Returns are an enormous headache - beware
I love Vogue sunglasses and have been exclusively buying their sunglasses for years. My most recent experience of ordering them online from Vogue Eyewear Canada has been a disaster. So far it has taken 3 months, 8 emails, 3 forms, 3 phone calls, and I still haven't been able to return my order let alone receive a refund. Their return process is totally un-connected: the form does not match the fields on the invoice, the emails promise more emails that never come, instructions are incomplete and send you to third party companies without an explanation of what to do, etc. I order two pairs of sunglasses. One was fine, the other was the wrong product. It took 3 emails to Vogue to be sent the link to the form for the return. I filled out the form, which did not match names and numbers on my invoice (e.g. "13 digit order number", there were 8 different numbers on my invoice, none of them were 13 digits). I then received an email confirming that I had submitted the form, and stating that the return information would follow. No email followed. I responded to the email. No response. I filled out the form again using a different "13 digit number", same process. I filled out the form a 3rd time using another "13 digit" number, still no response. Finally they responded to my follow up email with an email saying "Phone this number 888-XXX-XXXX". I phoned the phone number, which appears to be a third party delivery company, and they are very friendly and now trying to sort out what is going on on my behalf. I will update if I ever manage to return the incorrect product that they sent. I will not be re-ordering the correct product I wanted in the first place.
