Complete con, I transcribed a radio interview and paid 50p for it. It only transcribed half of it which was disappointing but thought nothing more of it. Then 7 days later they stole £49 from my account. Avoid

Dreadful
Dreadful. The transcript was a joke - just repeated the same 4 or 5 phrases over again and had no resemblance to the video's audio (which was clear). I paid 50p and suddenly they took £49.95 for a subscription that I wasn't aware I'd signed up for. No email receipts or notifications. 99% sure I didn't create an account as it was so awful, but it seems I need to login to a non-existent account to cancel. Have had to submit a help request - we'll see if I get a reply but not holding my breath

Sneaky Free Trial to get your money
You sign up for a free trial but the fine print that says you will be converted across to a subscription is very easy to miss. The subscription amount is expensive for the service being provided in my case $80 a month. Then the process to cancel is very difficult, it's not easy to find where to do that. Then if you ask for a refund they quote the terms and conditions saying they are unable to give you a refund when it's really they unwilling. They ended up taking four payments of $80 before I realized what was happening and despite telling them that I didn't realize this was going to happen and that I hadn't used the service even once they refuse to refund. Do not use them they will not deal fairly with you.
