Esperienza PESSIMA. Avevamo appuntamento con la guida per il tour della Cattedrale di Valencia. La guida non si è presentata. Li ho contattarli (rispondono solo a mezzo chat), mi continuavano a dire che stavano controllando e verificando, finché mi hanno pure detto l, dopo un’ora, che erano lieti che avevo incontrato la guida. Ho risposto che non avevo incontrato nessuno, e’ ripartito il “stiamo controllando”, “stiamo verificando” e a quel punto ho risposto che non volevo più avere niente a che fare con loro. Ho fatto la fila ho comprato i biglietti e abbiamo fatto la visita da soli.

VoxCity partners with GoCity, so purchasing a specific level of GoCity pass is supposed to allow access to their Versailles tour. I attempted to book directly through their website and also via email through VoxCity customer service, but was told the date and time i requested was not available. I have a very tight itinerary, so i found another company on a different site with a similar window available & placed a new reservation at the cost of $165. Once I received the booking confirmation email, it displayed the VoxCity name. I contacted their customer service and they have taken zero accountability for lying about the availability and have refused to process a refund or resolve the issue in any way. I will gladly pay another tour service but I see no reason to do business with such a shady company.

We bought the access at sky garden in London and the dinner at the Larch restaurant. But they didn't warned that in this restaurant wel'll have a restricted menu (not the same menu of all users) where we can eat only pasta and pizza... FRAUDED

We booked a package that included admission tickets and an audio guide to the Baths of Caracalla. The audio guide could not be downloaded and did not work. When we requested a refund for the service from the company, our request was denied. We strongly recommend not using this service due to the poor quality of the service and the lack of adequate customer support.

Unprofessional
In Dublin they changed us the hour of a dinner with typical Irish music and dance only a few hours before the experience. And no only this, when you have all your trip organized, they didn’t give us any facility for returning the money. Thanks to Give your Guide, maybe we can solve this unexpected situation.
