⭐ 1 star — €239 refund still missing after returning the product
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vroomy. I purchased a car for €239, which arrived with several visible defects, including scratches, stains and other damage. I formally contacted Vroomy on 3 August 2026, explained the issues, provided photographic evidence and requested a return and a full refund. The product was returned through DPD on 7 August, and I have tracking information confirming that I handed the parcel over to the carrier. It is now 30 August and I still don't have my €239 refund. The DPD tracking shows that the parcel continued moving through their network, including several warehouse entries and delivery attempts. On 17 August, the tracking even showed an “operational anomaly”. Despite all of this, the situation remains unresolved. I understand that delivery issues can happen. However, I fulfilled my responsibility as a customer: I reported the defective product, followed the return procedure and handed the parcel to the carrier. Any subsequent logistical issue should be investigated between Vroomy and the carrier, rather than leaving the customer indefinitely without both the product and the money. €239 is a significant amount of money, and waiting more than three weeks after returning the product without receiving a refund or a clear resolution is unacceptable. I have kept all emails, return documentation and the complete DPD tracking history. I am still giving Vroomy the opportunity to resolve this properly. If I receive my €239 refund, I will gladly update this review to reflect the resolution. Until then, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

I’m very happy with the electric quad I ordered from Vrooomy. It arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well, so everything was in perfect condition. Assembly was also easy and straightforward. The quad is perfect and exactly what I expected. I highly recommend it!
