Ordered earrings on the 4th Feb still now show! Emailed them 3 times no reply..opened up a dispute with PayPal.. disgusting behaviour

Beware! Dodgy company!
This is one of the worst and dodgyiest online shopping store ever! I have purchased a necklace from the website, and I could not find the description to find out if the jewellery was genuine. However, I looked at the outstanding perfect reviews on the website including so I figured I should buy it. I purchased it thinking that I had nothing to worry about, I decided to a little more research on the company because the advertisement I found was on TikTok and I got excited. I spent a while trying to find the description on the item I purchased, it turns out that you need to click on "more information" just to access the description on the product and it turns out that the diamond material was fake. The "more information" was not clear because I thought it was contact information and distribution like other online shopping stores. After, I emailed them asking to cancel my order because the description was inaccessable, unclear and I did not know that it was fake, I get an email from them saying "we will refund when you send back the package" so I told them why do I have to wait for the package to arrive for me to ship it back for a refund and then came up with the most dumbest excuse saying "order has already been processed and you'll get your refund when you send it back". So, they tried to make me wait for package to arrive even though it was not shipped just so I could pay for the shipping for my refund. Very dodgy! I'm going to be reporting this to consumer watchdog for false advertisement because there are products that they're selling that don't have a description for the product!
