Kann jedem nur davon abraten hier eine puppe zu bestellen!Ähnlichkeiten der puppen werden bis zu 99 Prozent angebriesen in wahrheit ist die ähnlichkeit nichtmal bei 50% ihre sogenannten spezialisten sind in wahrheit komplette versager!Brüste werden wie es ihnen gerade passt gemacht komplett falsche grösse!!!Versand eine absolute Katastrophe man bezahlt 400 Dollar für Expressversand wo es heisst lieferung in 10 tagen ich warte bereits seit 4 wochen und meine puppe ist irgendwo im nirgendwo!!!Absolute Abzocke und verarschung dieser Saftladen!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent company
I cannot begin to describe how fraudulent this company is. First of all, they claim they have warehouses in Canada, USA and Australia, this is the first lie, they have nothing outside of China. Then, you go to their website and ALL the products are fake, they belong to other companies. Anything you see they don’t have, never had and will never be able to deliver. What they will deliver is an ugly very low-quality product they manufacture themselves. What they advertise on their website belongs to other manufacturers, this is the bait for the client. By accident I discovered that the very next day I placed my order, of course I was so upset and asked for my money back, and then the fraud continued and they wanted to steal my money because, obviously, this is what they are up to. I insisted on getting my money back in full and I was so naïve that I believed that by paying through PayPal will give me protection, I was so wrong. PayPal is a joke, I was under a false feeling of safety believing I am protected against fraud if I pay by PayPal. As a matter of fact, PayPal helps the fraudster. Those thieves played the system in PayPal and of course the “resolution center” is just untrained, unqualified hires who don’t understand anything, didn’t read any document I submitted including emails that the seller admits that they never had the product I ordered in stock. This is a side note so nobody will feel safe paying by PayPal and fall for those fraudsters. I wish I could post about those people everywhere so nobody, especially first-time buyers like me, will fall for them. By the way, all those positive reviews are paid for by the company. I am 100% sure that nobody will say anything good about the horrible product they are selling, this is why they post other companies products on their website.

Avoid this company.
Hello. I want to help make sure that when buying your doll, you do not make the same mistakes I did. This company does not offer the actual manufacturers that they claim to sell. They are knock-offs, do not look like the picture, and are cheap. I bought one in March and the joints became stripped in the knee within 4 months. They of course, will tell you that it was not normal wear and tear. But the reality is that they are not put together in the factory properly. I guess I should have known, based on the price, that it would not be quality. This is my second doll purchase, and this company is not the one I bought my first one from. I did not have an issue with my first one and I had it for years. It is very disappointing. I would avoid this company at all costs. Do not fall for the good pricing. Dolls with broken parts are not fun.

Don't touch even with a bargepole
They could not match the picture or body type and face was completely wrong. I was told it was within the 10% tolerance it wasn't even within 25%. The only way I could get my money back was to agree to a spurious 10% charge!!!!! Never use them.
