Retiro de 400€ retenido sin respuesta desde hace casi un mes (ID 22162672)
Solicité un retiro de 400 € el 06/08/2026 (ID de transacción: 22162672, Ticket: VPKN6Z-NXWL4). He enviado absolutamente toda la documentación requerida: DNI, extractos bancarios en PDF y certificado de titularidad de mi banco (ING). El soporte dejó de responder y la transferencia sigue en estado "Procesando". Exijo que el departamento financiero libere mis fondos de inmediato. Mi nombre es Nisha Sujan Castellón.

Can't withdrawal money
Well i can't further withdrawal with the payment method i used to deposit. Even i have enough available money on the withdrawal method. Account: 26772538 When i now select international transfer by bank, i need to verify my identity. Problem in Belgium we use an Identity card, they request a passport. I signed up with my identity card without problems. Everything was fine, but when i requested a few times some money, then it's no longer working. They excalate it to an internal departement. If i see what happened to other peope, now i understand the problems. It's the first broker i use which is doing this kind of actions. I hope they fix this ASAP!

My Deposit not showing in my MT5 account
My name is Emmanuel Adegbola, a friend introduced me to VT Markets, and I deposited $1,051.15 with BTC and the deposit is showing in my dashboard under the transaction history but the deposit has not reflected in my MT5 account, I got in touch with the support via chat and also email, I was told that I made a withdrawal of the money on Saturday which is crazy... how would I make a withdrawal and it's not showing in my transaction history. Up till now, I am still waiting on them to find my deposit wherever it is. I have sent them all the proof they need, including the transaction hash of the deposit.

No emails sent just won't give me my money. I strongly recommend not to use this broker. The stress this has caused me a d still havnt got my money
