Let me start by saying I spent $2300 on a jungle gym at vuly BEFORE I looked up reviews. As soon as I hit purchase I decided to scour the internet for reviews on them and I came across this site and while a lot of customers were happy with their jungle gym, a huge percent were saying boxes didnt arrive, things took months to receive and the customer service was terrible. I mean so many upset customers my stomach turned upside down and I was so worried I made a terrible mistake. Well I am here to say I had an absolutely amazing experience with vuly. I placed my order and it shipped the same day. I received my order the following day except for one box. It looked as though it never got scanned through FedEx. I called and they said they would have it shipped out and I would receive a tracking number, I didn't get one that day but I did get it the following day and received the missing box within 2 days of talking to customer service. I purchased the ninja 2.1 jungle gym and it took me and my husband around 7 hours to build. The majority of it is ok with 2 people but thankfully my parents dropped by that night while we were building the arched monkey-bars because there is absolutely no way my husband and I would have been able to raise that once built. It required 4 of us to lift and raise it into position. This jungle gym seems sturdy and incredibly well built. The instructions are very clear and we had no issues at all. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend vuly for your next playset.

Fast and easy delivery process
Fast and easy delivery process, all boxes clearly labelled so you know where to start, not hard to put together and the kids are bloody excited!!! So glad I convinced the family to get a Vuly trampoline instead of some other ones on the market. The customer service has been great as well, I can't fault Vuly at all and if I could give more stars I honestly would.

We love our vuly trampoline
We love our vuly trampoline. I was a bit worried to order online at first as there were mixed reviews on shipping. But the shipping department was beyond amazing. I told them it was my daughters birthday coming up and they were able to expedite our shipping so it got to us in time for her birthday!

Lack of communication is incredible. Active only on review sites, but do nothing elsewhere. STAY AWAY from this company and shop elsewhere.

Very happy with the Flare trampoline
Purchased the Flare trampoline after our last one from another brand bit the dust. The quality is so much better with Vuly for the same price. The trampoline came quickly as well and was easy to put together.
