Wish I had read all the emails before…
Wish I had read all the emails before spending over £40 on two harnesses on special offer. I placed the order at the beginning of August and we are at the end of August now with no harnesses delivered. All you receive are emails with fake tracking details on that you are unable to access. Even unable to contact them , they tell you on the site to fill in the form for contact details but it’s literally impossible it’s just a way for them to obtain your email information. . This is a scam website and doesn’t even deserve the 1 star but unable to give 0. Please be aware and don’t order from them.

Extremely poor quality product. Shoddy materials and workmanship. Photos on the website are in no way a proper representation of the actual item. Could have made it better myself. Do not waste your money

Not as advertised…
The the harness that we received was by no means a good representation of what was advertised on the website. It’s heavy, and much larger than his represented on the website. My 20 pound cairn terrier looks lost in it.

I asked about rehoming a dog put up on their website for rehoming - You know I take the old dog on and look after him which I would have and have done before. - treat like a king - Underwhelmed by their response - They asked how big my garden was but didn't even ask my name.Said come to a meeting and learn all we can teach you - in my seventies - animal lover putting myself out

I wish I could give no stars
I wish I could give no stars, they are horrible. I bought a dog harness and it is awful my dog pulls right out of it and no way to make it fit correctly. They will not do returns or refunds. Stay away they will just take your money and you get crap for it.
