Last year, on April 17, 2025, I purchased an H7 Step-thru Dual Motor 48/60Ah E-bike from Wallke Eu. My wife and I are very happy with it. Its robust and elegant construction with excellent cycling allows for a fast and safe ride on city streets. Tram tracks seem to not exist, the thick tires are completely safe and cross them without any problems. We do not have very good bike paths in Zagreb, so it is extremely important that I have an e-bike that provides me with perfect safety in those conditions. As we live in a hilly part of Zagreb with steep streets, it is extremely important that the e-bike can handle it without any effort, and this is not the slightest problem for the H7. It is also technically well thought out and well manufactured. I have a few minor complaints, but this does not completely spoil our great satisfaction with it. Thank you for inventing and constructing the perfect e-bike for such conditions. I can highly recommend the Wallke H7 e-bike we purchased and the friendly and professional communication with the Wallke staff. G.

j' ai un wallke H7 AWD 2000W double moteur ( 60AH) vélo extraordinaire puissant agréable à conduire un passe partout le seul bémol il me faut l' immatriculer comme un cyclomoteur pour être en règle avec la législation .

Le Wallke X3 Pro Max, un choix regrettable.
Au bout de 2 jours, j'ai eu une grosse panne. Le moteur arrière faisait un bruit anormal. J'ai alors arrêté d'utiliser mon vélo pour éviter d'aggraver le problème et j'ai contacté le service clients. On m'a d'abord envoyé un nouveau moteur. Moteur changé, pas d'amélioration. On m'en envoie un deuxième pour le même résultat. On ose ensuite me demander de faire le changement de moteur par un atelier professionnel soit disant que je ne serais pas capable de changer correctement le moteur. Très énervé par cette proposition, je décide de chercher par moi-même l'origine de la panne. J'ai alors lu que la panne pouvait venir du contrôleur. J'ai pu le vérifier en inversant les câbles entre moteur avant et arrière et là la panne avait migré du moteur arrière au moteur avant. Il n'y avait donc plus de doute possible. J'ai fait part de ma découverte au service technique en demandant un nouveau bloc contrôleurs. On me l'a bien envoyé, je l'ai changé et la panne était réparée. Il aura quand même fallu 2 mois pour me dépanner et encore parce que j'ai trouvé moi-même la panne sinon on y serait peut-être encore. Depuis le vélo fonctionne correctement. J'ai pris soin changer le guidon par un plus haut type Harley Davidson et de retourner la potence pour avoir une position de conduite plus confortable avec le dos droit. Il a fallu aussi que je réduise la longueur de la chaîne en enlevant quelques paires de maillons car elle déraillait trop facilement sur de petites bosses. J'ai également changé l'amortisseur arrière par un plus dur réglable en pression car celui d'origine tapait régulièrement sur la butée à la moindre petite bosse. l'accélérateur ne se limite pas à 6 km/h lorsqu'on veut repasser en réglage sorti d'usine pour être conforme à la législation française. Le vélo, malgré sa fonction pliable est très difficile à transporter dans le coffre d'une voiture tant il est lourd et peu maniable. La commande pour enclencher le deuxième moteur simultanément sur les grosses côtes est bien longue à réagir. Ca met environ 10 secondes car il faut d'abord attendre qu'on nous propose d'utiliser le moteur avant seul avant d'avoir la possibilité d' utiliser les 2 simultanément. Il part facilement eu Burn à l'avant lorsqu'on démarre avec trop de puissance en bimoteur. Seul point positif, l'autonomie est correcte avec ses 2 batteries de 22 Ah chacune, on peut aisément parcourir 50km à pleine puissance en bimoteur sans pédaler et plus du double en assistance pédalage en monomoteur. Pour conclure, je dirais que le X3 Pro Max est plutôt un vélo confortable et puissant mais très lourd, peu maniable et très difficilement transportable malgré sa fonction pliable avec une assez bonne autonomie mais que je l'ai payé bien cher (1800€) pour ce qu'il est car il existait des concurrents bien moins chers plus puissants et plus légers que j' ai bien regretté de ne pas avoir choisis.

Low quality hub motor,very wrong service and comunication
Wallke H9 AWD is a good bike, it has a strong frame, good brakes, it rides well even off-road. Unfortunately, its big weakness is its hub motors, they are very loud and have very little durability. Personally, I have ridden 4000 km on it since January 2025, but the rear motor makes a very loud squeaking sound when starting off or at lower speeds. I solved it via service wallke, where I sent them a video of the ride with the squeaking sound. Instead of solving the complaint, they are trying to convince me that it is the brake that is doing it :-). I am technically proficient, the bike rides completely quietly without the motor, but they are no longer interested in my problem! They have completely stopped communicating with me. Their motors do not last even 4000 km, but you will not find that on their website. I warn all potential buyers against their service, if there are problems with the bike, I will not deal with you, I will stop handling complaints! Juraj(George)

Decent product Customer service is inadequate, and after-sales support is disappointing.
Wonderful product, disappointing support I purchased my H9AWD from the Canadian website. The bike itself is very nice , but my overall experience has been far from positive. First of all, I had ordered the bike with a top case and mirrors, but it arrived without them. As an alternative, I was offered a rear basket, which I accepted. The package, however, arrived with a broken kickstand (later replaced, but with a different model) and with the basket missing the mounting rods and bolts. I had to take it to my mechanic, who was forced to drill the basket and fabricate custom parts just to install it. Only later, thanks to a video sent by the company, did I realize that the basket was supposed to come with a full mounting kit—which I had never received. I requested a replacement for the damaged basket, offering to return the one I had been forced to modify, but my request was denied. I may eventually receive the rods and bolts, but the end result is a product that does not match what I purchased. To make matters worse, the European website shows spare parts as often unavailable, and when they are, the prices are many times higher than market value. In short: ✅ The bike itself is fine. ❌ Customer service is inadequate, and after-sales support is disappointing. A product in this price range should not come with such poor assistance.
