Stay off the mailing list
Whatever you do, don't get on their mailing list. You will be inundated with emails with no way to unsubscribe. The unscubscribe link does not work. I have contacted the company counteless times to remove from their list which dumps annoying mail into my account every other day, and even when promised by their staff my address will be removed, I still continue to receive mail. The offered discount for getting on their mailing list is not worth the hassle of dealing with the spam that gets sent.

By far the best backpack I have ever…
By far the best backpack I have ever had: the medium sized one is perfect for everyday use, I have used it now for 7 years for every day (work, travel, vacation, hiking), the couple issues I had (detached zipper, tear in fabric) have been addressed and replaced kindly and quickly under warranty. Such a great company with great service, the straps help support the back and there are several compartments and openings to configure it many different ways. Perfect for airplanes under the seat and a large mug on the side for daily fluid. The longest I hvae had any backpack!
