Amazing product!
My little warmies panda plushy is the best! I treasure it and will never let anything happen to it!I got it for Christmas a few years back and ever since I have had it in my bedroom and I plan to keep it as a keepsake for many many years! Also, it stays warm for a relatively long time, before bed I will warm it up in the microwave and it will stay warm until I fall asleep! It is a great product and I would Definetly recommend it!

I had a issue and they rectified things immediately
I had a issue when my package was delivered. The warmies rep responded to my email right away and rectified the problem in time. 5 star customer service

Problems with a Warmies and no response from customer service, which does not exist
I bought three different Warmies for my kids for Christmas. They were happy and thrilled. But after just a few weeks, one of the Warmies started to smell unpleasant after being heated. We always heated them according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and the other two don’t have this problem. One of the Warmies can no longer be heated, and it still smells unusual. I contacted customer service via email and received no response. After a long time, I wrote to customer service again and have still not received any feedback or reply. My children and I are truly very disappointed with the quality and the lack of customer service.

Poorly packaged and terrible customer service
My order was delivered to the wrong house by Fed Ex. Warmies had the correct address on the package so this wasn't their fault. I reached out to Warmies to report the issue and was told to wait 2-3 days before contacting them again because their record showed that it was delivered. I reiterated that the delivery was made to the wrong house (I had a pic from Fed Ex of the front door where they delivered it). The response again from Warmies was "I understand that, again as mentioned there time that the courier is tagged as delivered but not actually delivered. We really apologize for the inconvenience and we are asking to wait for 2-3 business days. If still didn't received please get back to us so we can provide the best possible solution." I felt like they were blowing me off. The following morning, I went from neighbor to neighbor hoping to find my package. I finally found it. When I opened the package, both of the warmies had simply been placed in the cardboard box. No plastic or protection of any kind on the warmies. It had snowed heavily the night before and the box was wet. The warmies were wet but salvageable. I won't do business with Warmies again due to this poor experience.

Great Product!
I purchased 3 Warmies for gifts, and everyone loves them! I purchased one for someone on the spectrum, and they use it often. Warmies are so soft and slightly weighted, and smell lovely. I have not had this issue, but it’s recommended to ensure your microwave is clean before heating as it can cause unpleasant scents on your Warmie. Great for a number of conditions or just to cuddle.
