Great quality and very fast service
Great quality and very fast service We placed our first order with WATC Studio to test their blanks for future merchandise and corporate wear projects. The whole process was smooth, the communication was helpful, and the order was processed extremely fast. The products feel high quality and the overall service was very professional. We are looking forward to testing the blanks in more detail and hopefully working together on future projects. Highly recommended for premium blanks and fast, reliable service.

Premium quality and flawless customer service! I recently ordered custom samples for my brand, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the garments is top-notch: the fabrics are excellent, and the proportions of the boxy fit are exactly what I was looking for. What amazed me the most, however, was the customization: the embroidery is simply perfect, highly defined, and executed with incredible precision. Beyond the product itself, the customer service is on another level. I needed post-sales assistance, and they replied in record time. They proved to be extremely professional, resolving the situation immediately and without any hesitation. Shipping times were also fast and perfectly respected. I used to really like WATC Studio
I used to really like WATC Studio, which makes this especially disappointing. I ordered the same Oversized Boxy Tees that I had previously purchased, but the new batch feels noticeably different. The fabric is not the same quality anymore and the overall fit feels different as well, despite the measurements technically matching the size guide. Customer service always replied quickly, which I appreciate. However, after several emails, multiple photos, detailed measurements, and answering every question they asked, they simply insisted that everything was within specification. They were polite, but not solution-oriented or willing to meet me halfway. Even after all the time spent on the review process, they refused to provide a prepaid return label as a goodwill gesture. In the end, I was left paying for the return myself despite receiving products that no longer met the expectations set by my previous order. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be ordering from WATC Studio again.

I really enjoyed the communication with the WATC team. They were prompt, detailed, and very helpful. The products came in exactly how I ordered which is hard to find. Quality of material is fantastic, print is high quality even with washes, client feedback was all great. Being in the US, the only unfortunate thing is the costly shipping and fees. I will 100% be using again for personal launches but unfortunately margins are not great for wholesale to stores. Overall I would still highly recommend. I had a wonderful experience.

Superb customer service and quality
Really great great experience and quality. I have received a wrong sized sweat pants due to a mistake in the warehouse. After contacting the customer support we quickly came to a solution and they sent me the right size and with a return label for the wrong product. Really great customer service and the quality is really great at this price point compared to other brands. Will definitely order again especially given that they show the exact measurements of every clothing piece.
