Perfect every time!
Purchased x 3 one piece fabric velcro style fastening watch straps. Such a comfortable, easy strap to use. Excellent quality and finish, at a very fair price. Simplicity and security all in an attractive finish, with military- style vibes. Highly recommend.

Just received my first watch from Watchdives. An EXD 40mm in blue. Honestly, I am stunned by the quality of this piece. Has exceeded my expectations and some. Every detail is beautifully finished and operating correctly. Bezel, crown and the lume is just fantastic! For me the revelation is the one piece strap band with velcro fastener. Simplicity itself, and so efficient . Ease of use and adjustability are outstanding. I have just ordered 3 more of these bands for my other watches. You don’t even know you’re wearing a watch, such is the comfort. Shipping was super fast, 8 days to France, comms were good with excellent tracking info. I really don’t know how they do it for the money. Bravo Watchbands, a brilliant and fair deal, in an increasingly unfair world. Keep up the great work!!

I bought a pre-owned watch from WatchDives. The watch arrived and it was not what I expected. It had a lot of wear and damage and evidently someone had trying to file or grind the case and in doing so ruined it. I contacted Customer Service who immediately answered and kindly helped me with the issue. Every single person I communicated with was very friendly and helpful, no problems in getting refunded and resolve the issue.

**★★★★★ Excellent customer service after a manufacturing fault** I ordered a Watchdives WD1863 Space Pilot back on 1st June ‘26 and unfortunately the chronograph developed a fault where it wouldn't reset properly to 12 o'clock. I got in touch with WD support team and Mandy responded quickly, first trying to talk me through a fix, then sorting out a free return when that didn't work. The return had a bit of a saga actually. Royal Mail UK somehow sent my parcel via Canada and back to the UK before it finally landed at WD's warehouse in France! Which added a good few weeks to the whole experience and a little anxiety as to if it would ever arrive. None of that was Watchdives' fault though, and Mandy kept checking in and updating me the entire time, which I really appreciated. Once they finally received the watch back, they didn't mess about with a repair, they just sent me a full replacement, and refunded what I'd paid for postage as well. I've now got the new Space Pilot on my wrist and I'm really pleased with it, such a great watch. This is actually my seventh watch from Watchdives, and this whole experience is a good example of why I keep coming back. Things don't always go to plan, but how a company deals with it when they don't is what matters, and Watchdives handled it really well. This is the key reason I would highly recommend Watchdives to one and all!
