Good experience with a slight annoyance during RMA
I ordered a case from WatercoolingUK, delivery was fast with no complaints however and this is a big however. I need to RMA the unopened package and attempting to use DPD or Royal Mail is not possible as you need a recipiant contact number Watercooling UK does not have a publicly available number to use... I have sent an e-mail and messages via the RMA ticketing system to receive a contact number. I've updated my review today as I recieved a response from Wcuk who have provided a contact number to use increasing the rating from a 3 to a 4, I believe the contact number should be supplied straight away by Wcuk when requesting a RMA to not delay the process and will advise them on this.

Company is run by a bunch of kids
About a year ago, I attempted to purchase a couple of water blocks from this company. Days passed and no dispatch or update, so I made multiple attempts to contact them for an update, only to be ignored. More days passed, and it had been nearly two weeks, and still had no update or any replies. In an attempt to try and get their attention, I left a negative review. Shortly after posting said review, they cancelled my order. and blocked me from making any further orders. They then finally emailed me, telling me that my review was unfair. Shortly after that, I ordered some coolant dye from a seller on ebay not realising it was the same company. They did ship me it, and it did arrive, but I noticed on the slip in the package it said “fraud check” It is now months later, and I attempted to order some tubing and fittings from Amazon from a seller called Tech Monster completely unaware that it’s also the same company, and after placing the order and being charged, they would shortly cancel the orders. I also found out they blocked me from purchasing from them on eBay. Company is run by kids.

Great Service
Asked about a product as it was out of stock. Got a email early next morning which said they sadly don't have stock, but then got a email about 20mins later saying they managed to find some, and was able to purchase it! I love the small things these types of companies do, so can definitely recommend them to anyone - shout out to Chloe from their support/sales team!!

Great service
Great service, I received a sealed from manufactuer pc case with some slight damage, I sent it back and no- nonsense, no drama got a replacement within the week. Not Watercoolings fault but great service.
