Great product, with a few things that could be improved
I’ve been using the Megahome water distiller for quite some time, and overall I’m very happy with it. It does what it promises, but there are a few things I think could be improved: Cleaning: Cleaning after each use is a bit of a hassle. You have to unplug and disconnect the unit, remove the lid, move the whole distiller, and then clean it. A detachable inner pot would make this much easier. Glass container lid: The glass container is great, but the plastic lid comes into contact with the distilled water. Because some evaporation occurs, the water eventually touches the plastic. An optional glass lid would be a nice improvement for those who want to keep the water in contact with glass only. Power consumption: So far, it has been very consistent. I use a smart plug and a timer, which allows me to stop the process at the same time each day and leave a small amount of water inside, making cleaning easier. Ordering experience: When I purchased it, the website had a few glitches. I selected one colour, but the confirmed order showed another. The price also changed when I added the product to the basket, before even selecting the destination country. Nonetheless, customer service was excellent and quickly resolved the colour issue. I was also pleasantly surprised that they spoke English when I called, despite the phone menu not offering an English option. Overall, I’m very happy with the distiller. These are mostly small improvements that would make an already good product even better.

Πλαστικό καπάκι στην κανάτα.
Θα προτιμούσα το καπάκι από την κανάτα, εφόσον προσπαθούμε να αποφύγουμε τα μικροπλαστικά, να είναι γυάλινο ή από έντελσταλ. Αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δέχομαι οι ζεστοί υδρατμοί να χτυπάνε το πλαστικό καπάκι, με αποτέλεσμα όταν ξαναεπιστρέφω στο νερό να μεταφέρουν μαζί τους μικροπλαστικά. Πληρώνω αρκετά περισσότερα από κάποιον άλλον του ανταγωνισμού, π.χ. της Vevor, μόνο και μόνο για να αποφεύγω τα μικροπλαστικά αλλά και να έχω καλή ποιότητα. Αλλά στην περίπτωση αυτή, ενώ η Vevor έχει κανάτα με μεταλλικό καπάκι πάνω, εδώ έχουμε πλαστικό καπάκι.

We love our new distiller!!!
Thte delivery was perfect and the product came in a perfect condition. I love my distiller!!! It's just perferct. We use it for 3 people in the house and the 4 litters production is perfect, we make it run twice per day. Thank you !
