Wish I had gone with another manufacturer
At the moment I wish I had never ordered my Woody. Lovely looking board although would have been nice if it had come with a fin - no response to 3 emails so far (no phone number and just an AI chatbot to speak to) so I have a useless piece of plastic. Can see that the replacement fins are also out of stock. No river fins fit either. If anyone is considering one this is their own drop lock fin system - the standard ones are 1cm longer and too big. Please heed caution if ordering.

Appalling customer service
I have not know so many false promises by a company. Still NO refund! Unbelievable! Previous trust pilot statement and response: Still not received a refund from the sup board bag I sent back. Having been told on 25th June '26' my order was being processed with the accounts department. No communication or explanation after numerous previous contacts to the company. Aug 18, 2026 Hi Michelle, We sincerely apologise for the delay and frustration caused. I have personally contacted our team and asked them to process your refund as a priority.

We’ve had such a great experience with our Woody SUP paddleboards. From the moment it arrived, everything was spot on really well packaged, super quick delivery and customer service that has genuinely been second to none. Response times have been brilliant and any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly and helpfully. We’ve absolutely loved using the board… so much so that now all our friends want one too! Definitely a purchase we’d recommend.

Very impressed with the Navigator
I ordered a Navigator 3 & got a message saying the parcel would be despatched on 27th July so I was expecting delivery around 4 days to a fortnight after that date so I was shocked when it arrived on the 21st of July. I tested the kayak 2 days ago for the first time & I'm very very impressed, I have quite a bit of experience in closed cockpit kayaks & the Navigator is really good on the water, it tracks straight, is VERY stable. I tried the boat out with a friend & we both agreed that canoe paddles are better than a double kayak paddle, much easier & a bit faster I think. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting one, I wish I'd bought it sooner....

Had a problem with a stuck fin on my new board, replacement items have now been arranged, I’m looking forward to receiving them and getting back on the water with my wave woody! Thank you Princess!
